I absolutely love this laundromat not only is it super clean the staff is very helpful and friendly. Beautiful place too never seen one so nice and then the restaurant on the side “ECB” is great to chill and wait for your clothes to get done. Great food!

I do not recommend this laundry, the staff is very rude, there is a short girl who talks to you in a very despotic manner and looks at you very badly, she thinks she is the owner of the place, they take over the entire back section where the small machines are and Because we have to take a large machine for a small load, the owner must pay attention to his employees and customers. Before, the former owners were very friendly but now they don't even want to return.

Fold New York was very spacious nice and clean. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Love this location! Not to mention the bar next door where I went to watch football while I washed my clothes. 5 stars for Fold NY.

Love this laundry mat they always clean my clothes perfectly! I will continue to use this. It’s gotten some bad reviews but that’s from the old owners the new owners are great and super friendly. They always chat to me and my family! Love fold Ny

Awesome staff they leave my clothes so fresh and so clean. I never loose anything like other places I’ve used in the past. And also when my kids leave money or etc in the pockets they return whatever was left in the pockets. Would definitely recommend this place. LOVE THEM!

Terrible laundry, before this laundry was very good but for some time now all the machines have been occupied, the employees are very arrogant, they themselves set aside their machines and if you want to use them they just say that they are already set aside. The girls who work in this place think they are the owners of the place since they respond to you in a very despotic way. I think I will move from the laundry room.

I do not recommend this laundry, the staff is very despotic and they serve you very reluctantly, apart from the fact that she always keeps her machines away, her frequent clients should have more privileges than others who only hire them for a while, if they continue like this, this laundry will go to waste.bankruptcy

Is not working and it was charging twice and no one did anything about it untill I got really upset. I was explaining to one lady the short one and she just walked away when other customers walked in to serve them instead of helping the customer infront of her that was in need. The only person that helped me was the tall lady. She is also the reason why I came back, very sweet, very kind. But because of how I was treated by the other ladies I am Never coming back lost a good customer.

They close the back section giving costermer less machine to wash in making other costermer wait for them to finish there wash cycle while having a big space towards the back not being use by the waiting costermers
when I ask for help they all look at each other spoke in Spanish (who's turn is it to take care of the costermer)

I went to this place for years before it switched owners. Previously it was great, very well run, super nice family ran it.

They closed for a few months and close to doubled their prices. You have to use this horribly made app to pay for everything. Clearly the people who made it have never had to use it.

I just went in and they had 2/3rds of the place sectioned off as off limits. The only washers left were the most expensive one and i had a small load. The staff didn't do anything to try to mitigate the fact that there were so few washers available.

It was the final straw for me. I won't be going back.

Now they have the big side closed so you can only go on small side. It's squished and now you have to wait for a dryer. It's not worth the price you pay to wash and dry. I couldn't even fold my clothes there was no table.

I had a small load for laundry but there were no small machines open only the big ones. So I had to go back home to get more laundry becuz there was no sense in using a big machine for a small load. This annoyed me becuz after a long day of work and then having to deal with looking for a machine to use since there’s only a small amount open. I understand you guys have a contract with the US Open but I hope in the upcoming weeks you guys have some type of promotion to make up for the trouble that the Ridgewood residents had to deal with.

This laundry mat is ridiculous. Extremely overpriced and I stopped going since the new owners and randomly passed by today to find large floor length signs stating “this section is unavailable” - the section … the area was all of the washer machines, what type of laundromat does not have washing machines available … there are a few dozens and none were “available”. My guess is that they cater to businesses and don’t care about household/neighboring customers. Absolutely absurd. Save your money, I promise it’s not worth it- I used the drop off service once and was so disappointed and the pricing was higher than any other laundromat in the area.

So now because they cater to the US open, customer have 15 washers to work with? This is ludacris! Your neighborhood is who you should cater to, your neighborhood is who is going to keep you in business long term. Or stay open later to cater to the US open accounts.
Ridiculous, walked in and 1 washer was available, they’re not only blocking out half the laundromat. But also using the few they leave for us the customers.the place was packed and filthy! It’s also ALWAYS hot in this place, for all the money they charge to wash and dry you would think they would at the least offer ac! This place won’t last very long at this rate. I’d much rather go down the street.

This place is inefficient and expensive.
You need to buy a card for $5 but the minimum to buy it with a debit/credit card is $20. You can't use the reminder to be added to the card to be used on the machines, so I was told by the lady in the front. Now I must use the ATM which froze when I put my card in so now, I couldn't get a card. I then had to download the app, and transfer funds to use and the minimum transfer is $10, so let say you only need another dollar or so you can't just add that you must add an additional $10 dollars. Also the dryers are not hot, pay attention because it will be on medium as a pre starter causing your close to be damp and having to spend more money. I now have money left over on that app that went to waste. The Idea was there, but the execution lacks. I will not be returning.

Clean, bright and very modern in regards to the machinery. Lots of stainless steel tables, laundry carts are in good shape, decent seating.

Fold has to be hands down my favorite laundromat. New machines deodorize and leaves clothes feeling clean and fluffy. Friendly services from staff, clean, organized and welcoming space. Washers and dryers always available and you can track their progress from home or anywhere else, while doing your laundry. Overall a great location with great services.
