Took care of a 3rd party warranty repair to my mobility scooter. Great communication with me throughout the process of an estimate back to the warranty co.for approval.
Went above and beyond in fixing a few minor things unrelated to the repair.

Fonteyn approved me for a medical scooter then a few months later came and took it back because they said it was for community use not medical use. I told my doctor and she tried writing them a letter stating I need the scooter and fonte never gave it to insurance, they just three it away. They act like they care but they really dont.

I got a shower chair from them last year and I still have it, now I can shower without feeling the pain in my back cause of arthritis.

They are amazing! We bought a recliner with chair lift and Tom helped us with getting insurance to help pay part of the cost. Everyone from customer service to delivery was been fantastic. We started hearing strange noises after a month from the chair motor. Ed came within 24 hours, troubleshoot the problem and we ended up getting the chair replaced within 5 days. Again, very friendly and excellent service. Highly recommend using Fonte’s, we will!

HORRIBLE COMPANY! If I could only give NEGATIVE stars! After waiting months for an electric wheel chair the one i got had problem after problem. There was no sense of urgency to the fact that I had NO chair and can not walk. The fourth time a tech was to come out he never showed. I called them and they told me the tech got held up and he would be out tomorrow. I do not choose to be unable to walk.and i have no other means to get around. I called and spoke to Christine who just kept talking over me and did not care at all about what i was going thru. I have never been so disgusted w a company. It's been problems from the very beginning. From the beginning this company has been incompetent and lazy. Do not use this uncaring, unorganized failure of a company.

The staff was very helpful especially Gabe my salesman. Kelly was a great help during checking out. I would have given them 5 stars but they didn't have any water for the customers.

Horrible customer service. Lack of knowledge of products and insurance benefits. I was in this store 3 times and could not get a simple breast pump that was covered by my insurance. Each time I went I was in the store for 20+minutes while they tried to figure out how to bill my insurance. I went to another medical supply store who knew exactly what I needed. I was in and out of that store in less than 10 minutes. I will never go back to Fonte medical supply and would not recommend anyone I know to patronize this store either.

Terrible service overall. My elderly, handicapped mother had a part for her lift chair ordered over a month ago by Fonte. After repeated calls to Fonte in the past week, a service call was arranged for Monday February 18th in which the service tech never showed up. I then called and spoke to someone that rescheduled the tech to arrive today on February 19th. Keep in mind both my mother and I had to call multiple times to follow up on the part and service technicians location. During the techs visit today, my mother is told that the wrong part was ordered by the Fonte folks. Meanwhile my handicap mother is left with an inoperable chair posing as a safety hazard to her. Fonte has offered no temporary solution for my mother while she waits for a part that may or may not be ordered by Fonte. Fonte is a disgrace to the elderly and handicap and has displayed the worst customer service you could imagine. I would never recommend this poorly managed, inhumane company.

Talked to them on the phone with my inquiry about compression stockings and went to the store yesterday.waited 15 minutes to be waited on while 2 representatives waited on people.no problem.however when one finished, another woman comes out of the back and asks the rep to take the phone call before waiting on me!? ! UNACCEPTABLE! Then when the other one was free, she finally waits on me to tell me that the measuring happens between 9-11 am.never told that on the phone! She had a nasty attitude when I insisted on getting the Jobst product anyways. She also tells me I couldn't get the Jobst line of products with my insurance, even though I went through all of that on the phone with the rep before going there! Then I lost it! All of a sudden 2 men and another woman come running out of the back to play their Gestapo tactics and start a confrontation with me! They are liars to get you in the store and then treat you poorly! If they were the only company in town, I would go online or go without! They suck!

Very unprofessional, will make you wait for no reason in line, never returns phone calls, obviously dont respect people of color. They walked in in and had immediate service, I walked in and didn't get any acknowledging.clean store everything else about the place.and the staff sucks

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. My sons therapist went and ordered my sons wheelchair from these asshats even after we told her of a last horrible experience with them, next time we will be on the ball that she use Monroe Wheelchair. Fonte are scamming crooks and steal money and equipment from people and insurance companies, it was filed and approved as well back last winter to have them fix a problem with the chairs wheels and it still hasn’t been done. BEWARE of this shady company!

Save your self time and go where customers are their number one priority.ordered my item and was told "we will call you". Week later i called to find out that"oh.let me check and we will call you back". Week later i stopped in to check in person what's going on.but they ran around for 20 min to tell me"well item arrived in wrong size.we need to re-order". So two weeks later back to 0. "great". Now month later finally got my item. I'm not coming back.that's for sure

This place HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I stood in line for 5 mins listening to 3 employees chit chat and then the 4th finally gave me a rude and barely audible "Someone will be with you" Finally when the other 3 decided to stop flirting the employee that "helped" me was rude and uninterested. NEVER WILL I COME HERE AGAIN

Esto son los equipo que venden no sirven para nada por favor no apoyen esta compañía. Solo lleva un año de uso y se me a roto mas de 3 veces y llevo un mes esperando que me la arreglen. Son unos irresponsables cuando uno llama no te dan la atención que corresponde. Un servicio fatal.
This is the equipment that they sell are useless, please do not support this company. It only takes a year of use and it has been broken more than 3 times and I've been waiting for a month to get it fixed. They are irresponsible when you call they do not give you the attention that corresponds. A fatal service.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received for my 80 year old father, who has mobility problems. We purchased a recliner with a lift from Fonte Surgical, and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, and went out of their way to arrange delivery and setup of the chair at my parents' home. We were told that if the chair was not to their liking it would be picked up and replaced with another model that was better suited for him. However, the chair is wonderful and my parents are very happy. I would highly recommend Fonte to anyone!

I had stopped in to shop around for scrubs. The showroom was amazing! Their staff was also friendly in helping me make my purchase.

Very frustrating. I called 8/15/17 because there is a broken part on the recliner/lift chair my 90 year old mother uses in the nursing home. My mom has TWO seats. Her bed or her chair. I had all the paperwork from the product, which we purchased second hand. I gave all the information to whomever I spoke to - I then crawled on the nursing home floor to get a serial number for Fonte while still on the phone. I was told I would get a call back. I called again on 8/23/17 because I had heard nothing and was told the same - someone would get back to me. I called back today 9/7/17 - over three weeks since my first call - and am abruptly told they have none of the information, I have to give it to them again. I am at work. I don't have the information with me. Then I'm told well, I can order something for you, but it might be the wrong part. Why would I want you to do that? Why can't I trust a business to take care of me in the way I was told they would? Could it be because I bought the product second hand?
This is a simple part - the plug going from the battery back-up box to the electrical outlet. Somehow one plug prong got yanked off. Why is it so difficult to get this done?

Called and ask to speak with Owner due to a complaint in regards to an experience with an Associate in the store. I called to follow up, as I never received a response to my complaint. The owner never followed up with me. This may explain why the Associate was so rude, apparently the Owner could care less so why would the employee. Very rude Associate came in to purchase some items that I could have received from my local Wegmans, Target or from any grocery store but chose Fonte. It is unfortunate when adults don’t know how to show common courtesy, especially while there at work. This was an older woman who should know better, to not judge, especially without knowing a person. Or think it is okay to offer unsolicited advice for matters which was none of her concern! I paid for my items with no issues which should have been her only concern.
