9So bad please bad customer service rude receiver i was hav appointment at 7: 00 AM but they unloded me at 12: 00 PM i dont recomsnded to the truck driver get load from Food Bank for New York city so bad experiense
Crazy Crazy. They do have overnight parking $25. Not the best. But it's OK if you need a spot to spend the night and not wanting to park on the side of the street
Appointment time 11: 00. Checked in 7: 00. Checked out 7: 50. Delivered full load of produce. Restroom inside. Very nice and polite people work there. Overnight parking available on premises.
Trasportation Management it's not human at all they got the tendency to not be able to secure the the safety of their own drivers.
They fired my friend just 3 days after he was admitted at the hospital with mental illness
I had an amazing experience there.
Appointment 9: 00 am.
Checked in at 8: 00 am.
Got a door at 8: 45 am.
Empty around 10: 30 am.
Truck driver.make sure you have $25 cash for go in there.no accept other payment.only cash
Bad works the don’t have work experience just lose time to peoples. The need to be change all of them. Spend 3h or 4 h just to pick up 5 pallets. The don’t know the job. Food bank just loses money to paid them.
Receiving person really friendly. This is a Uber Freight load, Uber never did appointment for delivery. They only work by appointment. Waiting for manager approval to deliver. Checked in 7: 30am, now 2pm and waiting to see if I’m getting empty or taking load back to shipper or whatever Uber Freight tells me to do.
Update2: 11pm. Got called for door 2: 30pm out 2: 51pm
The staff is very friendly and helpful. However this is not a reg neighborhood food pantry. It is the Food bank disturbing center.so don't go there if your a family, they will give you something just because they feel bad that you came all that way.
