Food Dynasty Supermarkets, Brooklyn NY

First time going to Food Dynasty Supermarket and I was surprised and impressed on the variety of food items. All items neatly placed and prices labeled clearly. Deli food looked very appetizing.

Always stocked. Customer service is on point. Produce is not always the best. Meat is always fresh. Rarely caught expired products on the shelves.

Wow! About a year ago, I left a bad review for Food Dynasty. Now the bad review is missing! Somehow they buried it.
It was about a return due to packaging that was tampered with. They wouldn't allow the return because it was after 7 days. I didn't attempt to eat the product until 2 weeks later because the expiration was months away. This return was due to food safety but the manger was being stubborn. There was no concern that the tamper-proof seal (under the lid) was removed and someone messed with the food. Looking back I should have called 311.
It's too bad, because ordinarily I like Food Dynasty. I don't usually leave bad reviews but this review was something that people should read before doing business with them. I should never have been put in the situation of arguing when I was worried about my health and the health of other patrons. I should have been thanked and refunded my money. I'm giving this poor review due to the original safety concerns and the later removal of that review.

Good selection of groceries, including higher-end items like organic and gluten-free products. Vegetables and fruits are usually fresh. Some cashiers are super while others are downright rude, like they're out to ruin your day. I often find that the prices charged on my receipt are higher than the prices as marked on the shelves or as advertised. You need to watch the screen as items are being scanned so you don't get overcharged.

They have full stock but the aisles are blocked hard to maneuver up and down the aisles $$$

Staff is nice they have a nice variety of items. I love the Deli everything fresh guys are nice and they have a nice variety of things. This is the only supermarket by my house that sells Miracle Whip so I love them for that.

One of my local supermarkets has stepped up their game for the community during COVID. The store is very clean and well stocked.

Fresh fruits and vegetables, prepared food is good, sometimes good sales. Clean and convenient.

Great, great, great assortment! I truly enjoy coming to the supermarket as you can find here products to any taste and any diet. Stuff is always friendly and welcoming.

Love the service from this place. Seafood salad, the crab salad and the cucumber salad were all excellent! Wonderful selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. The only thing they didn't have was a reminder for me to buy milk. That one was on me. Heh!

Complete crooks. I placed an order online and they never delivered. I placed a second order and it came two days late with half of the stuff missing the item that was available was a different brand. They never reimbursed the balance of the money and when I called they said they will. It never happen. Such a horrible experience.
