It would be nice if the free associates would assist customers instead of waiting for someone to look for them. Still my favorite neighborhood kicks store.

Plenty of fashionable athletic- style shoes, but very limited selection of running or good walking shoes. Quick service, and everything I wanted to try was available in my size. I found something that fit well on sale and saved about $30.

Great customer service. They have some good sales! U better go faster cause they're gone really fast.

They were nice professional and asked if I needed help and also the sneaker I was looking at they didn't have my size so they gave me other options to purchase my sneaker

They had a deal of the weekend and I picked up three pairs of nikes. The sale staff are amazing too, they took their time in making sure I got the right sizes and getting the best deal as possible.

The customer service here is exceptional. I was looking to get something to clean my sneakers and Chris was so helpful in making sure I grabbed the right cleaning kit and even taught me how to use it. I wish I had before pics because it was pretty nasty. These are over a year old and they now look brand new. Thanks Chris!

Ghetto, ratchet employees especially the girls here. It's this Foot Locker or hip hop central? Not everyone talks yo yo yo. Very expensive as well.

It's like the staff doesn't want to work. I've been here both on busy days and days where I was literally the only customer. You literally have to flag a worker down and say I need help. When u do get service they take their sweet time looking for your shoe and guess what they never have your size! I've come here out of convience and each time swear I won't go back. Selections are limited. Today I discovered kick usa a few blocks away and what a freaking difference in both service and ambiance.

I tried on like 3 different pairs of sneakers and every time I went to go try one on, the sneaker smelt like cheese. REALLY BAD CHEESE. The guy who was helping me said "hey lets go in the back I have a very unique pair I think you will like", so I did. When we went to the back he immediately started pooping in a sneaker and passing it to his co worker to smell. I then saw another co worker sticking a shoe up his anus. I don't know what goes on here but I will say I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

Great shoes I bought some vans and Jordan's from here good prices I suggest coming here for your kids school shopping good service and great prices i also bought some air force ones from here that were good looking I love there selection and service I highly suggest buying shoes from here Love it

Alright store, you can tell they needed some other staff since they couldn't assist many people on what they wanted. But other than that the stores clean and well organized, they just need another set of hands

Whenever i need shoes they are really helpful. If they did'nt have the shoes i wanted they would reccomend stores and i have 3 jordans that just came out:)

Came last night 5mins to closing, there was a staff member at the door which he already locked. He was sweet enough to let me inside and get my last min gift I was missing thank you for ur excellent costumer service wish I would've gotten his name.
