Totally unhelpful person working there. The woman seemed to be doing me a favor. I picked 4 different sneakers and every sneaker I picked, she quickly stated, they were out of. Not to mention she was annoyed to have even look. Try a different sneaker place.

Tiffany the lady at the register is miserable, And a horrible way to represent the brand. I did a return which was in cash and it was $60, and because they just opened she told me I have to come back later. I just traveled 20 minutes to get here with a toddler.how dare you offer me to come back and not give me other options. When I refused to come back she offered me a merchandise card. The last option she offered was to put it back on my debit card (which should’ve been the first option) after huffing and puffing the entire time.she then made me sign the receipt and say it should be back on my card from 3-5 Business days. I wish I would’ve known that before hand. To think that someone has money and doesn’t need the money it’s very unprofessional. I will never be shopping at a footlocker again and I will be unsubscribing from their email list as well and I would advise my family members including my husband to do the same. Horrible experience and the worst customer service I’ve ever received.

Came to the store to exchange shoes for my sons. Cashier named Francisco Showed attitude and disrespect. Terrible Service.

Go there to buy my grandsons their sneakers but they are very expensive they need to lower their prices I paid a hundred and fifty dollars for sneakers for a nine year old that's why some of tho stors are closing because people can't afford to buy their sneakers especially when you have three or four kids

I was searching for birdseed in this establishment last weekend and was unable to find this item.the referee was unable to locate the seeds for me and my son.i knew they had it the back somewhere.i was completely disgusted with the way i was handled by the customer service here.not returning.

Good store, friendly workers, and new Air jordan 1s! They got HELLA clothes and shoes and it's all fire so if you're tryna get some just visit this footlocker

Bad service! The cashier had a really bad attitude she didn’t even want to order the sneakers for us.

They never have any sizes, employees are standing around most of the time. The employees are extremely rude, especially the one with the bad haircut. They do not care about you if you’re not an adult or don’t have your parents with you.

Male Sales associate with the glasses is extremely rude. Don’t allow him to take any commission for the shoes you buy. I asked him a question and he walked away from me and went to another customer. Seriously when your check is all commission you have to be rude and greedy.

I purchased some Nike vapormax from here. The staff were super quick and helpful like most foot lockers. A+

Base models No exclusives, has a nice selection of Jordan's & air max, they have a throw back wall of fila & vans

The worse footlocker ever. New manger Jose Horrible he has an attitude and keeps mentioning that he worker in Adidas before highly doubt that with his poor customer service. I ordered 6 sneakers one of them came the wrong color and he wouldn't reorder it and just told me to return so i did return all 6 and went down the block to footaction and got all of them without the attitude.

Worse foot locker ever. Once the worker said to me "you keep trying and not buying anything" then I will never visit this store anymore.

They have nothing. Very limited styles, sales people are extremely unhelpful as in the staff would rather walk away from your before you can ask them a second question. Crappy staff, crappy selection, crappy customer service.

The most awful service I could see, there is no Fitting room not one of the staff did not come up and did not continue to help although they were free they stood at the door and just talked among themselves in anticipation of the following customers I was asked to change into a toilet in the toilet, I asked at least a chair for what the employee replied, you can put on the floor in the toilet, while I tried to put something on there, they fell on the floor, I felt so much nerve, although I was tuned for good purchases in this store to the store, there was no complaint about the product, and all the staff needed to be fined properly so that they would talk less and work more

I love Footlocker because, all of the sneakers that they have are real! And its one of my favorite shops.

Good selection of shoes and great staff, they were very helpful and attentive. Their customer service was exceptional. I will definitely be shopping there again in the future. I highly recommend this location
