Foot Locker reviews
17Went 2 buy a pair of kix my wife wanted me 2 get & went on a journey cauz the 1 on 14 dodnt hav it then they eent me 2 34st & they didnt hav it finally the 1 on 41 & broadway had them & they were closed but they let us in 2 buy them. Thank U Footlocker.
Inpossible to buy new releases here. They dont follow rules. Same people show up every week and take all the pairs every release. Shoes that are limited 1 per person, you see guys walking out with 5+ pairs. It isn't fair something should really be done
So slow.the worst care.one person to pay.the line is long and it takes a long time to find your size.if you are with limited time.do not go.
I was greeted at the door, shown which way to go for what i was looking for, the greeter told some people to pull up their mask and they did, i was asked 4x if i needed help while i was in the store, they even had me follow them to what i was looking for so i wouldn’t get confused, and they knew exactly what they had and didn’t have.
I walked into JD right before Foot Locker and left them an honest and terrible review as soon as i left. What i experienced there was exact opposite of Foot Locker. I was trynna show a store and brand i didn’t know more love before coming to a big name store, but i regretted it instantly.
I don't feel very comfortable in this store because of some of these associates, some of them lacking kindness and flexibility plus some cashiers on the second floors are very incompetent and very rude
Nice experience in this establishment the employees are very helpful, especially Joe help me out a lot, great appreciative and jasmine was very kind and nice to me looking forward to my next visit.
I went to foot locker and they wouldn't accept my veterans I D for the 20pct discount. I served this country i dont think ill be shipping there again.
A great footlocker and if you are very lucky you might actually get a really rare set of sneakers here. I guess they have some of the largest inventories in the country at this location. The staff are very friendly unlike in Nike type stores
The location to where we were was superb! The staff very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Prices on shoes were atrocious! Highest I've seen in along time. Thats the main reason for a low review.
Foot Locker/Champs what are you thinking? !? !? Veterans deserve to be treated equally as present active duty! Veterans are the reason you have the the freedom you have today. Present active duty are just doing their job. Taking away your veteran discount was a horrible decision #doescorporatemakethesedecisions #corporateshouldbefired #heartbroken #disabledveterans #DAV
They okay but they could do way more better with people sizes Times Square 42nd Street only sizes for white people and Tauruses
Great attention for the hustle and bustle of a Times Square location. Cohesive team excellent results!
MY HUSBAND & MYSELF LOVE SNEAKERS WERE SNEAKER HEADS.
WE LOVE GOING TO THIS LOCATION & MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES KNOW ME WELL THEY TREAT ME SO GOOD HERE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
At last American Customer Service as advertised. Fabulous welcome and great approachable staff.well done you have restored my faith.
The sales executive gave me a pair of shoe for the same foot. And now they are not exchanging it because I don’t have the receipt. I didn’t expect such a thing would happen. This is unprofessional from them.
*while they tend to get quick strikes&or/exclusives-they do raffles for those exclusives.to quote danny glover from lethal weapon-"I'm gettin'too old for this. "*
Awesome place with a variety of athletic and street wear. Their shoe game is great too but of course, wouldn't have a plentiful of vintage footwear since Foot Locker, in my perspective, tend to sell more new collection items (which is good). I also enjoyed being surrounded by helpful representatives and employees of the store as they kept asking me if I needed some help. This is definitely one of the best branch amongst the NYC area.
