17Disgusting experience. Stuff and the manager is very slow, lazy, and rude. We were going to buy Nike Air Force, and we were there for 2 hours and in the result faced so many problems, stress and was forced to go to another store because they sold our shoes to someone else right in front of us. Also the stuff bring the same size two times and was very slow and was so bored to work that couldn’t even pay attention to what size I said. Overall one star, before going there, be ready to experience all of this, including the fact that it will take you minimum 2 hours to get what you want or even go to another store.
Rochelle was the most helpful today, she retrieved several sizes for me and suggested cool colors for me. She went above and beyond with her service. Highly appreciated. Please recognize this associate.
Im not one to leave negative reviews but it must be said that the staff here is particularly unprofessional/rude (i guess thats the best way to describe it). Not sure if its always like that but it was during my visit.
The staff is always welcoming and friendly. They have a nice selection of footwear so you'll definitely find something.
Very unprofessional this employee was helping my daughter and I with a converse right when she was about to scan it her manager I believe his name was ocean he said excuse me and what it seemed like to me he snatched it off her hands and said we gotta talk a very rude way as it seemed to me. The employee who was helping us specifically told him she didn’t wanna talk right now her decision should’ve been respected and it was very unprofessional to do it in front of customers.
Got all the new Drip.but bring ya bank card cause all these new kicks and clothing lines are expensive as all hell. I need to change the prices of my custom apparel
Came to this store. I love it because it was big and it looks they have everything on stock but I’ll give them one star just because when we came in the guy at the door told the other associates some code words because we got a box in our hands from another store because we didn’t need a bag but we came to exchange something and buy a paid of shoes for my boyfriend. However I ignored them but everybody kept staring at us and when I asked another associate to look if we could order the same shoes in the store he looked inside my bag trying to look to see if we took something. I was really patient until I showed him my other receipt from the other store since everybody was looking at us even though they saw us coming from outside with the box. I told him working as a retail manager myself this was unacceptable because we don’t use code words to describe people because this is racial profiling and causing people feel uncomfortable and we don’t accuse people or harass customers. Then the lady in the register that charged us she also said are you paying for the shoes on your hands? I also told her look this is the receipt from another store so at that moment I just did my exchange and I’m not buying again in that store such a beautiful store but management team should train employees and update about not doing racial profiling we didn’t feel comfortable at all and I hope nobody else goes through that experience again. I hope footlockers take in consideration this is not right and you don’t treat your customers like this. I rather go to another store and I will let corporate know about this situation so other people don’t have to go through this awful experience!
Actually wish I could remember the girl that helped us. I made a comment about not wanting the floor sample and she said "nah I would never do you like that! " That girl was amazing. I appreciated her!
Service was good. Attentive to me, but 3 sneakers I asked for and out of all 3 sizes. They did have the most expensive sneaker in my size though. After sizing I had to get on line to pay (wasn't explained to me).
Store looks clean but shoe selection isn't great and the selection they do have lacks on some sizes.

Employees are very rude and not helpful at all.trying to get an employee to help is nearly impossible must have walked around the store for a half an hour before i found an employee to help, on top of that when the employee did bring my shoe she brought out the wrong size and had a bad attitude telling me to calm down. Do not shop here worst working environment i ever encountered
About a year ago I purchased a pair of all black Air Max 90's from this store. These shoes cost me 130$. About 2 weeks into wearing them I noticed that the sole was not fully secured near the toe area. There was about a inch gap where the sole was missing glue. I didn't have much confidence in returning these shoes after 2 weeks of wear so I continued to wear them hoping that this defect would not be a problem. This small inch of separation quickly grew in size and the sole started to completely rip off of the shoe leaving it ruined. Although I was wrong as a consumer for not inspecting the product I purchased, I do not appreciated that I was sold a defective item, especially for the price of $130.
