A first time customer. Had wonderful experience earlier today. Clean environment, with nice quiet music playing. Had a 60 minutes whole body massage. Amy has magical touch, very considerate, especially that I am nursing an upper leg muscle injury (bad hamstring). Will certainly visit again. Thank you Amy and Footies Spa!

I cannot believe how this place is still in business after the constant shakedown of the clientele. They literally bully you into giving higher than average tips. I left there long ago, never to return! Think twice before going!

In response to the owner comment on 11/27/23; The person who treated me rudely and disrespectfully clearly made herself known as the owner of the establishment, not front desk staff. What she fails to understand is that multiple people are complaining about her rudely forcing people to tip more than 20%. In the US, the custom is that it is the customer's discretion to leave a tip with the minimum being 20%. If the customer feels inclined to leave more, then it is their decision. If you, as the owner, want people to compensate your staff more based on their efforts, then it is YOUR responsibility to indicate this in the price list. I've been to many places where this is the norm. If you are truly concerned about your staff retention then 1) pay more per hour (if you do at all), 2) include the tip with the price list and 3) do not treat your customers disrespectfully. As in my case, I am more then happy to compensate massage therapists for their efforts. And I did leave the $15 dollar tip because of this; despite the owner's unprofessional treatment and insults. I've reported your establishment to the Rockland County Better Business Bureau because of this.

The foot massage was pretty good, it was an hour long for $45 dollars. I went to tip $10 being slightly more than 20% and they told me it was mandatory $15 dollar tip. Tips aren't mandatory and it put me in an uncomfortable position.

If you looking for a place to relax and have a good time, this is a must place you should stop by guarantee you will enjoy every moment of it, Service is the best

I got the 60 min deep tissue body massage and it was excellent! They definitely know what they're doing here and my body feels great even a few days after going. They do step on your back here but like I said they know what they're doing so it felt great and was very safe. They also used hot stones that were a good temperature and felt really good. Great place to get a massage, try them out.

They forced me to give $15 dollar tip for one hour massage which you pay for it. This is a 27.30% tip! I refuse to go there again.

This place is not my cup of tea. My experience with my husband for a one hour foot massage felt rushed. It really affected the feel and my energy during the massage.

The massage was ok besides it feeling rushed.
