They need to just close this place down.u go in there for somthing that takes 10-15min u sitting there for 5hrs cuz only 2 people work CG tickets. The worst

Majority of the workers don't care about the clients at all. My children and I went 2 months without benefits because if mistakes they made

This building ghetto by far slowest welfare center in the Bronx and they place you there even if you don’t live in the area

The experience was not bad its to be expected given its a government building the wait times. But, they are professional and clean and overall a decent experience. My only complaint would be there is no wifi for the general public and there is no cell reception at all in the building.

The process is very messy, lacks professionalism, empathy and compassion. Not messy as in dirty but the staff could use some critiques. They do have some people in this office that are able to show they genuinely care about families and want to help others have the persona of only here for my check in the faces of struggle. It's very sad!

Worse place ever. Everytime I go there it's a headache. Long waiting times rude people. The workers really don't care make you wait hours for a 5 minute session. Constantly messing up cases or LOSING them. They have no compassion for anyone. We all know everyone of them was once a client now they look down at us Cause we asking for help

They never answer the phone, it's best to just go in person. Otherwise you're just wasting your time.

I was doing an article people both disability and the people that supposed to help the ones with disability are very disrespectful

I HELPED BRING this library 2 getting LATE HOURS EACH DAY! I would literally live n this library taking TONS of classes that interested me! I meet many celebrities while taking my classes! I introduced my neighbors (now adult kids) 2 get their library cards! NEVER GOT PAID 4 ALL THE WORK I DID 4 the FORDHAM Bronx Library Center, just ENJOY & HELPING/assisting PPL OUT! My BLESSINGS COMES from GOD 4 SURE!

If you're coming here than be prepared to spend you're whole day.the process is extremely slow and it gets crowded to the point some ppl have to stand.mostly the staff were nice and there is a place were kids, non diaper wearing, could stay while you handle your business.

If some for reasons you have to go outside for a minute, you can leave your ticket number with one of the security guards and they will look out for you (just don't take too long)

They need more people to help an already strained system. Then maybe the level of service would go up and both the worker and the client can have a good experience.

Today was my first time here only came in to give in work paystubs and my apply child for daycare these workers have such a bad attitude even when you're just asking a question. Why have a job where u have an attitude and aren't willing to at least be cordial to people. If you have to come here than theres no way around it but praying, if you can avoid coming to this place than do that

If you don't get there early you will be sitting there for hours so make sure when you go have a really good book to read

Always messing up my paperwork. I completed everything said they waiting for caseworker to submit something.
