Forest Park Carousel Amusement Village reviews
21Very nice. Parties end best a carasol and mini Cho Cho train for the children. After all so many yr, my children brought up in Ridgewood, wasn't aware of added family entertainment was available. Nice Surprise for my granddaughter, daughter and myself. Con. Not enough garbage cans or grass now that I think of it.
Cute Carousel for the kiddos, Nice skate park and kids park. Plenty of trees for shade and Picnic.
This place is yet an extra commodity to a park that it's already great on it's own. So if you want to give that little extra to your kids after a barbecue or a good soccer match, this is the place.
A small amusement park with a carousel, tiny train, frog hopper ride, and some games. Great for kids toddler to age 5 or 6, I would imagine. My nephew had so much fun here. All of the staff were incredibly warm. The prices for tickets are reasonable. A great way to spend an hour or so.
Nice area. Friendly staff $10 for 3 tickets you can play one of each thing in the area or play for free on the grass
Amazing! I've spent two birthdays and a Tiger Schulmann's barbecue here! The carousel might be old, but it's fun! One day, when I have kids, I will make sure to bring them here, to make many fond memories that they'll remember for countless years.
Took my kid here for a little amusement. Way too expensive for what seemed like 30 second rides. Just not worth it.
Really enjoyed my hike right in my home town of Queens. Walked a train and really enjoyed it, was able to unwind and felt I had gone upstate somewhere. Excited to continue to enjoy the park and make new adventures.
Great place for kids and for parents that remember the old days when they were kids they can also ride on the carousel it's a blast
Very accessible for anyone, enjoyable for kids and grownups. My child loves the clown shows every weekend Saturdays and sundays at 2and 4pm
This area is really great for picnics and family fun. There’s a playground for smaller kids and a skate park next to it. The picnic area can get a bit crowded on weekends so you have to make sure you get there early if you want tables.
Celebrated 3bdays here for my son. Awesome place to be especially to bring out your own inner child
The last time I went, staff were really nice and helpful. Usually, they seem understaffed: Two people having to man the rides and the snack booth. They'll benefit from getting more rides, especially ones not similar to its flashier cousin in Flushing Meadows.
What an amazing experience this was. I celebrated my sons 3rd Birthday party and it was absolutely amazing! The help that I received from the staff to the way they treated my son and my family was unbelievably amazing! I am so happy I booked a party with them! It was worth every minute that passed us by! Thank you to everyone for the amazing experience, one that we all will never forget.
Loved it had a fun time with my wife and two daughters it was amazing although ticket prices are really high but aside from that point it is fun for the children.
The only reason for the 4 is the hotel only has stand up showers. ️ Unfortunately I came down on my motorcycle and thought I would soak in the tub, but there was none. Otherwise great hotel the staff was Pleasant.
This carousel was way too fast for my baby. She cried cause it was too much. But it would be nice for older kids. The train was more her speed. Cute amusement center with friendly staff.
I went here yesterday with my parents and son. It’s a cute plate but DEFINITELY out of date. The prices are high for such an out of date venue but it’s understandable because they need some sort of money to keep it a float. There is a carousel, train ride and a little frogger. There are 2 maybe 3 games. This place would be so much better if it was brought into 2018!
Nice gathering to celebrate a cousins birthday. Unfortunately there was blaring music playing from the parking lot from a car with a giant speaker on the hood of another car. It was ridiculously loud and obnoxious. All the separate gatherings couldnt play any if "their music " that matched their taste as this was so overwhelmingly loud and vein pumping. We managed to deal with it but it was unfortunate especially for the older crowd and birthday girl. The bathrooms needed better attention.
