The supplies is good but one of the lady That suppost to she help me in something other lady mantion one question, about something, she desappear, I waiting long.long. I left the store

My experience was good, the staff friendly, helpful with courtesy, have beautiful items
& the prices are to your liking, however stop by & you decide.

The store manager is very unprofessional and some of the staff as well. Not worth spending a dime in this store there’s more store around the area with better prices and better staff. For me the problem is not really the price but what really bothers is that they act like you’re getting the supplies for free. Very unethical! I give 1 star because that’s the lowest I could rate. Go somewhere else not here.

Upon walking it, there is a different feeling one gets as opposed to the outside city pavement of The Bronx. It feels like home, or, rather, homely. I was greeted by someone who would prefer to check in my previously purchased shopping bags and keep my hands free. The shelves are lined with products galor. Affordable jewlery, hair products, skin products, hair accessories, hair equipment, so much stuff! This is a go to place for a one stop shop when needing to reup on our individual usual items. There was a wig fitting area in the back as well. The service there was great. They spoke both English and Spanish. I also adore the little graphic and gos in the front of the registers, just in case we forgot something when shopping. Would definitely come back. It was a pleasant experience! What I loved the most is when I got to my destination, there were small packets of hand sanitizer in my bag. So thoughtful, thank you!

The lady on the floor she is so helpful she always helpme with the make up and hair colors now they have new staff but they don't know where are the products

This retail store mostly sells hair products such as relaxer kits, hair coloring, blow dryers, flatirons, wigs, hair for extensions and weaving, shampoos, hair conditioner, pomades and products for natural hair

My Girlfriend shops here all the time. She likes their store, but they usually don't have what she is looking for. She is typically willing to settle on an alternative option they have available, because their stock is well chosen. Although they never seem to have what we need, we always seem to find what were looking for.

The moment ANYONE walks in it’s all eyes on you to make sure you don’t steal anything. The staff will literally pretend to be fixing things on the shelf just to watch you closely. It’s sad how they profit off of minorities the most but still be prejudiced against us. No returns, no exchanges or they’ll literally make a scene.

I’m very disappointed in the store I been coming here for years! Despite the fact they watch every customer like they want to steal! They do have a good variety of items however I spend atleast 150 every two weeks there for the last 15 years! 5/10 times I purchased earrings and i could expect it to be defective once taken out the pack it’s like a gamble! Normally I’ll take the lost but I didn’t feel like it this day so i went to take it back and forgot my receipt However i pulled up my card statement from last week and it showed the 150 i spent lie i said I’m a regular! The earrings was only 2 dollars! I asked for an exchanged and they made a big deal about the receipt? !? Really? I understand rules are rules but you don’t treat a regular customer like a number over your defective product! It’s not about the money it’s the principle! They’ve lost a loyal customer!

One of my favorite Beauty Supply stores. You can get pretty much every beauty need here. They have a great selection of wigs, weaving hair, eyelashes, make-up, hair accessories and more.

I'm pretty sure most of the 5 star reviews are fake. The store has very tight aisles, they're prices are advantage to expensive, the customer service is poor and they wouldnt stop staring at me to make sure I wouldn't steal. One of the workers actually came to stand 2 feet away from me to watch me, acting as if he needed to fix some products on the shelves. I'm never going back to this beauty supply store again, I wish I read the crazy 1 star reviews before I entered.

After being wrongfully accused of theft, the owner of this establishment proved that he should not service a community of he has prejudice views of all potential customers as thefts. I will never step foot in this place again, I honestly hope others never have to experience the humiliation I experienced here.

Hello everyone THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE TO SHOP THE MANAGER IS THE WORSE PERSON ON PLANET EARTH I KNOW BECAUSE I AM CRYING RIGHT NOW! I have never had to feel this way in my entire life. I lf you make a mistake and pay for something you didnt know it was right expecially when you have been misslead on how the product is you will Regret because they wont consider you. They wll call the police on you. They are the worse place to shop am teling you the truth from my heart. Please dont shop here in your life again.
