The manager Debbie and Carlos are very mean. I never want to go back, they cursed at me and called me names and then laughed about it together. They shouldnt be working here.

It was great, i was looking for a ripped jeans and got the one i was looking for, i looked at other stores but i loved the one i bought from this one

Great service, but be aware of the 19.99 sign when you walk into the store for the sweats. Read the fine print it's 19.99 and up.

Good clothes. Shies should be made wide width though. Not everyone’s feet are narrow like that.

Got exactly the item I needed! Clean and organized. Register was fast and the employee was very friendly.

Love shopping here very well kept if you need help someone always on the floor. I remember one forever 21 team members Melany she was so helpful she helped me find my size while in the fitting room what I loved she didn’t seem bothered at all

I guess you have to be a "young'in" to find a sundress here. Everything was too short for my wrinkly legs.

The place is very clean and the vibe is great. The discrimination against plus size people are just horrible. The plus size section takes up maybe 10 percent of the store everything else is caters to the much smaller sizes. This has to end when is there going to equal amount for all sizes and shapes. The only reason I rated it a 1 was because it was clean. I would not recommend.

The first few times I went there, I experienced no problems and good customer service. However, the last two times I went my safety was put at risk. Last week, there was a cashier (a female) she had her mask below her nose. She did not pull it up. Today I went there again. Experienced the same problem, a male cashier did not wear his mask properly and even lowered it even more as he was helping me. This is exactly why I always wear two masks. I am never shopping at this location again. I may never shop at Forever 21 again. Management, you need to manage your employees. The Sephora across the street closed twice because of COVID and the same will happen to you. Also you are endangering the lives of your employees and customers.

I don’t know why, but this store just lets me down every single time. Recently I went here just to make a simple return that I have purchased from another F21 (cross county) just for them to tell me that they can’t give me my money back. In order to get my cash back I’d have to go to the one I bought my items at.now does this make any sense seeing that they’re the exact same? They gave me an excuse saying that the other store has a complete different system not allowing me to get the money back. I don’t buy that bull, but I wasn’t about to go through all of that work, so they were able to put it onto a gift card.still doesn’t make sense, but it sure as hell will NOT happen again.

Great store after it's been put under new management! Friendly staff and knowledgeable with fashion. Much more clean and inviting than it use to be.

It's pretty good place and it's a pretty big place which you can buy a lot of different clothing for girl from what I know idk but yeah check it out.

Lines are to long & Staff don't know what to do, forget about asking a manager.they don't know what there doing. They should hire people at know how to work in sales

Such a nice store, full of fun stuff and color.i feel is suited for young and hip people but you can allways find that extra thing.

Hard to find help, never have sizes. Cashier was nice so 2 stars. I will try this location again maybe it was just today they were off idk.
