Forever 21, Queens NY

I used to love shop here but since a year their staff is extremely unmotivated careless and useless. No help at all … the vibes the store used to have.

I loved the clothes and all, but the person at the fitting rooms (she had red curly hair) kept giving me dirty looks. When she asked how many clothes I had, I hadn't counted, so I said I don't know, and she said ok, and acted annoyed. Then because of the encounter previously, after I had finished with the clothes, instead of just giving it to her to fix, I put all the clothes on the hangers again, and everything. I did this because I overthought and I was scared she would be annoyed again. But that was pretty stupid, because she still gave me an evil eye on the way out. Overall, the clothes are nice, but I feel like their jean sizes are way to big, they need to have smaller sizes, and they are seriously understaffed, and the employees are rude.

Just came here.cashier was talking to her friend (non employee) the whole time. Forgot to take security tag off my sweats so I had to go back to get those taken off. When I left alarm tans rang, she forgot to take the alarm off a shirt too, when I went to go complain she said she didn’t ring the item up… all because she wants to be talking to a friend…

The sizes go up to 30 and let's be real there is not that much people that is less than 30 but teenagers; and the Large pants have barely any variety. Only good thing is the t-shirts.
