8I used Form Pros for the first time to create a W-2 form, also a first time experience. The site instructions were clear and simple to use. Even with my mistake I was charged 2X but after calling the owner who was so helpful, immediately looked up my account and resolved the problem! Gracias, I recommend this site.
This was an almost total rip off. They left me hanging regarding e-filing of W2s, and refused to answer my inquiry. I cannot recommend these people. Find someone who will get you all the way through the process and not leave you hanging.
Form Pros was very easy and reasonably priced. I only needed one 1099 NEC form. Rather than spend much more to purchase a package of forms that I did not need and that cannot be used next year, this was the most economical solution.
I used ProForms for the first time to create a 10099-MISC, also a first time experience. The site instructions were clear and helpful. I did have to make a follow up phone call and it was answered quite promptly. The agent was knowledgeable and my concerns were allayed. I will definitely go to ProForms for any future need.

I needed to do 5 1099-Misc and 2 1099-NEC. The program only allowed me to do 4 of the Misc and cost over $40. When I went back to do the others, I couldn't find any way to do them. It was easier to just type them on an old-fashioned typewriter than try to figure out how to use FormPros to do them. Also, it only did the black forms for sending to the recipient; no way that I could find to do the pink ones for the IRS, so I had to type them also. Maybe if I had time to contact them there might have been a way to solve my probs, but I had to get the Forms sent out.
