17 Clean facility with a welcoming staff.
I’ve only been going for 3 months or so and I can already see the difference in tone and my abs are much stronger and more defined. I’m a pretty in shape individual and Pilates kicks my butt every time.
It’s my first time at a Pilates studio and I appreciate that the instructors check in with you before class about any injuries and offer corrections during. The slightest adjustment really does increase the intensity of what you’re doing.
I am obsessed! Form50 was recommended to me by a coworker and I have officially found my new favorite place to spend my free time! I needed a little push while trying to enter my “healthy girl era” and i’m really enjoying the positive and encouraging class setting that the coaches curate. A bonus point for great music!
Form 50 is my favorite workout to do every week. All of the instructors are amazing, they really help you get the most from your work out and they’re all so sweet! My week doesn’t feel complete if I don’t take at least one class.
Best Pilates in the city! Teachers are amazing, they explains everything in detailed so you can follow the classes! Be ready to sweat a lot!
I workout a lot, but I was humbled when I took my first Form50 class. It’s such a challenging workout, but so effective! I have been going for a little over 2 months and I can already tell I’m getting stronger and can see more muscle definition. The instructors are incredibly motivating and personable and make the experience so fun. This is definitely my favorite workout studio in Astoria and I can’t wait to keep going and getting stronger!
I did not expect to love this place as much as I do— I’m more of a yoga person, but I also love barre and cardio dance, and FORM50 has some of those vibes. Make no mistake— this is a HARD workout, but if I know I have a busy week and can only exercise once, it’s going to be this. I’m grateful to the instructors for bringing maximum energy and paying close attention to every body in the room. Very talented staff. Thanks so much!
I've tried other Pilates classes in the past and I have to say this is my favorite type of Pilates class! It's nothing like what you expect and is definitely higher intensity, but it really pushes you. I've taken about 6 classes and I feel SO much stronger from my first class. If you're looking for a great class to take in the area that will give you the results you seek, check out Form50! Also Su is the best - highly recommend taking a class with her.

They always check in with you upon arrival and help with modifications during the class, if you need that.

I’m so glad to have signed up for classes at Form 50. After doing the unlimited two week promotion, I was sold and continued to purchase classes. All the instructors are so sweet and high energy and make an effort to remember your name as you keep returning. The workouts are SO HARD but AMAZING - they work out every muscle I want to target and I feel the burn for days later. I love starting my days with Form 50!
All the instructors are so well educated, this is low impact but I sweat so so much and get internal muscles worked unlike any other workout! The energy is always positive in there and very clean space. Music can be a little loud, but it’s always a party!
I'm super out of shape and generally hate exercise so I'll admit I was super intimidated signing up for classes, but all the instructors have been lovely and kind. The basic class is challenging and varies enough class to class that you can go multiple times without it feeling repetitive. Everyone is very nice and I always feel like I got a good workout even if I had to do some of the modifiers the instructors give to keep up with the class. Would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a low impact workout that still feels like you pushed yourself!
I absolutely swear by form50 pilates to help with my back pain. It is super challenging but in such a good way! Core strength is so important! All the instructors are so sweet!
Form50 is the best! By far one of the most challenging workouts I have ever done! The studio is super clean and the instructors are amazing- so helpful and encouraging. I can safely say I never regret going to a class.
Form50 is my new favorite thing to look forward to. This is the most challenging workout class I’ve ever done however extremely rewarding. The instructors have the best energy and great when it comes to helping you fix your form. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.
Form 50 is challenging but great all the coach’s I’ve had are great and it feels very comfortable especially for someone just starting they will explain how to do the from if you are confused. You are definitely not left out and that’s why i love it.
I’m starting my weight loss journey and I wanted to do something I knew I could stick to and look forward to doing and I found it! FORM50 is honestly the best work out I’ve done in a while. It’s not easy but it pushes me and I love the vibe of the trainers, they’re all so nice and the music is the best. I can’t wait to see how improve 6 months from now. If you want to sweat and push yourself I deff suggest trying FORM50!
These 50 minutes never get easier but they’re so worth it! I feel myself getting stronger after every class and I love that there isn’t any jumping or cardio. Aside from the workout itself, the instructors all make it a point to memorize your name!
