Beautiful place to walk a lot of history
Great baseball soccer field. And swimming pool
One of the hidden gems in queens. The secret is you have to park your car outside and walk in to enjoy the historical site in there.
I live around there, it’s really lovely the whole place especially at night or sunset with the bridge right there. If you are traveling through or live there, It’s really beautiful I highly suggest going!
1 Reason this is not 5 stars No Bathrooms only Porta Potty's But Everything else is great
Went to the pool here. The rude staff are over the top. The pool was clean, the patrons were nice and friendly and they gave free lunch for the kids.
Great place to take a nice walk or bike through, or even jog. You can visit the Fort on the weekends from 12 to 4.
Had a great time walking around! The people in the visitors center were very helpful! They knew a lot about the old battery! Loved it!
Loved the pool! Very family friendly, but read the rules before you go to the pool on the website
Beautiful place. Right next to the water. Pack some snacks and just sit and watch the water.
Love ft.t. Its our personal playground.altho I'm a city girl.love central park.but I love the coziness of this place.plus I see my neighbors & friends.we all watch out 4 each other's kids.awesome activities all yr round.and I'm lucky.my kids & I bike over in 5 mins.
It's a hike to get to from the parking lot outside but it's worth it. They used to have a shuttle service for pick up and drop off but no more.
Fort Totten, an amazing piece of real estate NYC PARKS manages.along with other city agencies. Many wonderful activies and events take place there. Home field to Auberndale Youth soccer club. Bayside Historical Society, the main attraction Fort Totten. Before you head there, check local websites for activities.
Great park to come and relax for the day, there are some pretty views. I would suggest coming here for a picnic. The annual fireworks are great too!
