The best place for fountain pen selection. Inks for fountain, rollerball, and ball point pens. Decent selection of note pads. Selection of pen cases and boxes. They carry vintage pens in a wide selection. They will also repair your fountain pens as decent prices. Very knowledgeable employees.

For fountain pen enthusiasts visiting NYC, this store is an obligatory stop. The selection of pens is extremely wide, beautifully displayed, and the store personnel are extremely helpful (Jimmy during this visit), regardless of the price of the item you are interested in. Not many shops like this one left.

The employees are very helpful with solving fountain pen-related problems and suggesting pens based on what you already like. The selection of pens and ink is unmatched by any other in-person fountain pen retailer.

Very nice pricing for a replacement bladder and j bar for my vintage pen. Literally cheaper than the internet for single item replacement parts if you aren't a collector and restore many pens therefore not requiring a large stock of parts in bulk. On 02. December 2022 I requested clarification On December 5,2022, you notified me that you had arranged a refund of $5.67. On January 8,2023 I have not received any refund or the products purchased. The maximum expected delivery was within 15 days from the order. THEY SERVED ME AS CHRISTMAS GIFTS! Now, not even for the EPIFANY. On the other hand, I received 11 USELESS e-mails from Shipping informing me of the route of the package! I have lost all faith in your work and will never again purchase products from your company. Also I will definitely make negative reviews both on the web and by word of mouth. Naturally I will start the procedure for the reimbursement of the unduly paid.

An absolute bastion for pen enthusiasts. The crew working there obviously like their jobs and are professional and personable. They have such a lovely range of pens for any budget, and they let you test them and really take your time to decide. It felt like a high scale boutique with a casual no pressure atmosphere. I was just excited to see a physical fountain pen store and I ended up getting so much more out of it. Highly recommend making the time to go check these guys out and support them.

Just felt compelled to shout out about this place. I realize that fountain pens are a niche obsession, but this is the place to visit if you are into fountain pens. The store has the vastest selection of ink pens, from $30 (maybe less?) to $1000. They also have an enormous variety of ink and journals—just a beautiful place to visit. The salespeople in the store are experts, and they are not pushy. The first time I came, I said I was not going to buy anything right away. However, the salesperson was still charmingly assisting me-answering my questions and showing me pens. By the way, you can try out any pen in the store! I hope these guys will stay open despite all the craziness NYC is going through.

Got a pen for my cousins PHD graduation and not only did he love it but everyone else compliments him on it! The staff were great and helped us out through picking nibs and style choices.

I am from Kansas City and one of the “must stop” locations on our trips to NYC is this place. It literally makes my heart expand w joy to see this volume of writing materials. And even though I was looking at the $1000 pens, the sales person insisted that I try a far less expensive pen which I ended up buying instead!

Jimmy was one of the best salespeople. He knew is stuff like the back of his hand. He helped me determine aftersales for my Visconti and also introduced me to a couple of brands which had an interesting history. Unfortunately he mentioned this was one of the last such places in NY which was sad to hear. Highly recommend this place if you're interesting in "writing instruments". I visited this place after I heard about it on the Tim Ferriss podcast.
