Clifton (Cliff) is the best part about staying here. Make sure you stop to have a conversation with him while he makes you one of his incredible breakfast sandwiches. Great guy. Great food.

This is a great place. Staff was helpful and friendly and took really care with cleanliness. Our room was perfect, the tub was immaculately clean. We're looking forward to more shows at the Paramount theater and we'll always stay at 4points

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay this week at Four Points in Melville. In particular, the warm welcome and delightful breakfasts prepared by chef de cuisine Clifton. His passion for good food and connecting with hotel guests on a human level helped me start each day with a smile!

All the staff at this propert went above and beyond for us. Always greeted us with a smile. This is hospitality at it's best.

Hotel itself was only meh and our room didn’t match the photos.but the excitement and recognition by the night manager Jada would bring me back again! Her and Chris were super helpful and happy despite our late check in and silly midnight requests.

The restaurant may seem small, but the staff is great. Fatima and Cliff in the morning greet you warmly for breakfast and work hard to make sure you are comfortable. Adriana, Hernan and especially Patricio on the grill make the evening very relaxing and welcoming. Adriana is delightful and Patricio is a gem! The rooms are spacious (the Preferred rooms, in particular) and the beds are comfortable.

It was clean, but little things that could use attention, the rack in the closer was falling down, shower dripping, wall paper pealing. Other than thise things it a good place to stay

Stevie and Jaime were so helpful and helped me repack some family heirlooms to take on the plane back to California. They really went above and beyond. The food in the restaurant was also surprisingly good—especially the penne a la vodka.

Clifton was wonderful! Friendly, helpful and sweet. Served me a delicious breakfast and did it with a smile on his face. I enjoyed waking up to see Clifton every morning. The hotel was a bit lacking but Clifton made it all better.

Even if you don’t stay here, come visit Clifton for a delicious and happy breakfast!

Great lodging, Clean and hospitable staff. Restaurant food was great along with the breakfast. Bar drinks.

Great location right off of 495. Friendly service. Our room was spacious, but man a double bed is just too tiny. We laid for the upgraded room, but just a tight squeeze in a double bed. Other than that, everything else was fine.

The hotel is great, and the restauraunt is even better. Front desk prompt to resolve any issues. Cleaning crew does a great job. Adriana and Patricio in the restaurant deserve a special shout out. Adriana makes you feel at home at the bar, excellent attentive service. Extremely friendly. Patricio cooked me one of the best steaks I've ever had, and personally came by to offer up any special requests. The meal was evidence this cook really has pride in what he does. This hotel will be a staple of my business travel, and I will be sure to stop at least once in the restaurant to see Adriana and Patricio every visit. Management take note, your crew really makes this place stand out.

We stayed at Four Points in Long Island for an event there and had such a great time. The Check-in and check-out process went smooth. The staff were courteous and friendly. Our accommodations were very nice and clean. I'd definitely stay there again.

Adriana was so kind, she made me feel seen. I travel on the road and do not see my friends and family a lot, so her service and personality helped me feel less lonely.
