Four Points by Sheraton Midtown - Times Square, New York NY

Great check in experience. Anton was wonderful at front desk. He answered my many questions and provided excellent service. Room is nice, awesome water pressure. Taking a star off as tv sound has static. Overall excellent stay, highly recommend.

Excellent value for money, very good hotel close to Time Square and the metro. I highly recommend during a stay in New York.

Excellent breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. A stone's throw from Times Square. Clean room. If I return to New York I would like to stay at Four Points again.

Huge shout out to Nicole at the front desk and Monica. Excellent customer service both were extremely friendly and inviting. It was a great way to start my NYC adventure. The room was ok, it’s a bit worn out but still very clean. Bathroom shower is large enough to make it comfortable for a big girl. Hotel is in excellent location. Across from Port Authority and about 2-3 blocks from Train Station. On the way there is a huge candy store. Taxis from La Guardia was $73 plus tip. It was a $5 price difference from UBER but was so much closer to get.

Nice hotel, a little tired in places. It’s a good location with regard to its proximity to Times Square. However, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due it being across from Penn Bus Terminal. Even being up on the 12 floor (which happens to be level with the roof top parking lot) doesn’t really mask the noise from the bus terminal. We were woken at 5: 30am every morning when diesel engines and the horns from the buses would start firing up. If you’re used to getting up early you’ll be fine here, but if after a long day walking New York you’re hoping for a lay in the next day your not going to get it.

We loved our stay at Four Points by Sheraton, it has an awesome location since it’s close to bus/subway station and Times Square, the room was cozy and the restroom was perfect, really sweet and helpful staff, would definitely recommend!

Very nice and affordable hotel.
- Very nice rooms. They actually smell nice! Hot water, great pressure jn the shower, and spotless.
- Very nice staff (specially Nicole!)
- Very centric, you are 2-3 minutes away from a train and a bus station that connects u pretty much with all of manhattan. 6-7 minutes walking to times square and overall just nice location.
- Very nice pricepoint! We got a nice offer and ended up paying very little for it.

Georgelina's professionalism and attentive nature set the tone for the entire stay as she catered to our needs with an ever-present smile.

Throughout our visit, the consistency in service quality was remarkable. Every interaction was a testament to the dedication that the staff has to the comfort and satisfaction of their guests. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition for maintaining the rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness. The unwavering commitment to tidiness was evident, with daily cleanings ensuring that our accommodations remained in pristine condition, without the need for a prompt on our end. The remarkable execution of these services was indeed akin to the five-star treatment one would hope to encounter at a luxury establishment.

Checking out was as seamless as our check-in experience, thanks to both Mónica Concepción and Abraham Rodriguez. With their efficient approach, our early departure was smooth, affording us the opportunity to relish the last few moments of our trip without concern. Abraham's kind offer to store our luggage was greatly appreciated, allowing us one last unhindered excursion around the vibrant Times Square before our evening flight.

Very disappointed and do not recommend.

Everything seemed nice at check in. Finding a spot to park for the valet was frustrating though. The hotel is close to Times Square and was a reasonable price for the area. The room was small but we were only planning to be sleeping there so no biggie.

However, we were awoken at 8: 30 in the morning by construction on the side of the building, literally above our window. They were pounding on the outside wall and drilling into the wall. There was no going back to sleep with the brain rattling noise. I called the front desk and was told that there was a letter in our room to let us know about the construction. We found no letter in our room. It is completely unacceptable for a hotel to not tell us at check in that construction would be taking place during our stay. We were offered breakfast to make up for the inconvenience which is also not acceptable. If I had been told at check in, I could have asked for a different room, decided if we wanted to stay there, or simply made sure to wake up early to leave the room before the construction started. I will not be staying here ever again.

During our stay at Four Points Sheraton over the bustling Christmas period in New York, Ron, Monica, Kevin, and the entire team impressed us with their exceptional customer service. Despite the holiday rush, they worked diligently to secure two rooms close together for us.

What truly stood out was the genuine care demonstrated by Monica and Kevin. While waiting in the lobby, we witnessed their kindness towards an elderly woman without a reservation. Instead of turning her away, they treated her with utmost respect, patiently answering her questions and even offering her water and a piece of fruit during the busy time. This not only showcased their dedication to customer service but also added a heartwarming touch to our experience.

Moreover, the entire team's commitment to creating a positive atmosphere was evident throughout our stay. From the booking process to the thoughtful gestures, we highly recommend the team at Four Points Sheraton for their outstanding service and genuine hospitality.

Front desk staff very friendly. Room was clean but very small. No storage, no counter space in the bathroom. The only small shelf was falling off the wall. Our window had film over and we couldn’t see out at all! Toiletries were empty and we had to call twice to get them filled. Elevators were a joke. They don’t appear to have a service elevator so housekeeping takes both elevators and guests are left standing. We got to take the elevator twice in 3 days and had to take the stairs the rest of the time. I would not stay here again

Smelly in the rooms, a bit dirty, but the breakfast was really over the top good. Location is really great, lots within walking distance and metro around the corner. Ideal if you don't mind bad smells.

Room bathroom was not all good. Too tight handle and very difficult to put on right temperature as water handle was too tight. Even after complaint they didn’t do anything.

3.5 / 5 The Four Points has a friendly staff and the rooms were clean. These are always key to a good stay. The rooms are predictably on the smaller side - typical for NYC. Beds were comfortable. AC was very loud when it went on and off. Decor was a bit dated, and my room had was in need of some paint touch ups. Furniture had some damage and there was damage on some of the walls. I had a lower floor, so a view of a side building instead of a good view of mid-town. Your breakfast option is a $22 buffet, which is a great value but I only wanted a bagel and so went down the street. I paid over $320 per night with tax, so part of my rating is based on value.

Good hotel neat Times Square. Staff is helpful. Nice touch with the hot cider in the lobby.

This place was real surprise. Not only was the room wonderful and comfy, (Especially for NYC) but the staff.the STAFF. I can't begin to give enough praise to their staff. Every encounter I had with someone behind the desk was lovely. They were friendly and genuinely seemed happy to help. This includes the after hours staff! The breakfast crew, housekeeping, and bar tenders were equally as helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Nicole L.and Monica C.for helping me solve some last minute conflicts that would have put me in a serious pickle if not resolved.

I have near 1400 nights under SPG/Marriott Bonvoy so Ilve stayed in a lot of hotels. The rooms are NY standard, small. The staff is what makes this place shine, i have met some great staff at the property over the years, but these folks are 100% some of the MOST FRIENDLY I've ever met, the ladies at the front desk and folks in the breakfast were fantastic!

The great. Right outside PABT so easy to get to. Great for events near the Javi's center and the night time of visiting midtown post convention events. I can't say enough about the helpfulness and friendliness if the staff. One of the most helpful people of any Marriott I've stayed st. The rooms aren't the largest but we're clean. Who wants to stay all day and night in a room when in NYC anyway? I'd likely stay here again.
