The techs that performed our chimney repair/reconstruct were both very proficient and very willingly informative every step of the way. While extremely expensive, 4Winds is an outstanding company with unparalleled professionalism. They renovated the chimney inside and out- chimney crown, chimney cover, masonry repair and waterproofing They inspected and cleaned the chimney and repaired and treated inside of chimney as well.
The workers were very conscientious, professional and courteous.
I am having them back soon to do more masonry work.
It's good to know you can contract a company to do a job and be completely satisfied with the results.

Really fantastic experience working with Four Winds - Richie was great! He patiently explained and showed me everything from the camera through the iPad. I’ve already received my one year inspection and the fireplace is beautiful and heats up very quickly with lots of adjustable options. EXCELLENT customer service! I got a call and text reminder (with a photo of the inspector so I would know who to expect) before Nate arrived. Nate was so nice and very detailed in explaining everything he was seeing with chimney. I got a cap installed during the inspection, all quick and easy. Nate showed me photos of what he saw, explained the issues and why those were issue. Nate was very clean and tidy, respectful of me and my home. He got me photos, quotes for a variety of options moving forward and again took the time to answer all my questions. I was really impressed with the work and absolutely would recommend Four Winds to anyone in the Fairport/Rochester area!

Took a long while to get them out here then, Charged a large estimate fee then the cost was out of site way more than the job called for! Felt like they didn’t want the job but made a good sum off the estimate! So I’m not a fan!

Four Winds chimney came out to inspect my wood burning fireplace and a gas fireplace. Ricardo and Vinnie were very knowledgeable and spent alot of time inspecting both my units. They were very thorough and showed me their findings with pictures and reports. They have the expertise i was looking for when it comes to my home. They were clean and neat and explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for inspections.

Everyone should do customer service like Four Winds does customer service. Four Winds basically rebuilt our chimney and fireplace a few years back. To say they did a phenomenal job would be an understatement. Since then we have continued to have them back yearly for our annual fireplace/chimney inspection. Everyone we have ever interacted with is professional, knowledgeable and extremely respectful of our home. They are efficient, thorough and always take the time to discuss their findings. Two very good workers showed up on time. Explained what was planned and answered any questions we had. They worked steadily all day and finished up about 3: 30pm. Would hire them again.

We had a wood stove with a chimney that was old and leaking. Four winds sent Brenden out to us to inspect. He took pictures inside and on the roof and went over all the options with me. We decided to close up the chimney since we don't use the stove. They were able to schedule the work the same week and got it done so quickly! Very happy and would definitely go back to them in the future!
