I came in for my apoitment and they have me sitting here for a long time both of the receptionist, they are very rude you cannot ask a simple question, they have a attitude. I will be changing my dentist this is super rude.

With all due respect the Russian lady who works as receptionist has the worst customer service probably in her late 40’s with a smart mouth I’m in my early 20’s try to figure out how to make an appointment with an oral surgeon but I need my primary dental to review my referral so it can be approved by my insurance which is the reason why I came to my primary dental I’m already having a harsh day and trying to be respectful and collective and she straight up told me It’s none of her business how much days gone which sure you right but to tell me not go tell you how to do your job when I’m explaining what I need help in then I end up being right is crazy

This crap place doesn't even deserve one star. Do not come! Obviously be courageous like me. I arrived at my life on time 20 minutes later I ask what is happening and they tell me that the doctor is in a meeting and then the doctor comes out to move his car. And he says that he will arrive at. 1, so they made me wait 1 hour of my time. Avoid the hassle.
