Fox Subaru, Auburn NY

We purchased our 21 Crosstrek brand new obviously two years ago. Gabe has to be a salesman was very nice through text messages but in person she was very hard core did not care for her wasn’t going to purchase a car until I asked for the manager explain to him how rude she was to me, scolding me for being late seriously! Ended up doing the paperwork with Matt. He was very pleasant and very easy and made me feel a little bit more comfortable than when we walked in ever since it has not been a very good experience, is it just me? Went to get my inspection 20 22. It was horrible. They didn’t have me on record according to them. Again! I have a car that I purchased from you.really, took forever they’re timeframe was not even close. This year had to get it inspected again, also my dashboard lit up like it was a Christmas tree took it in. Had to wait two weeks. I don’t mind I know they’re busy drop my car off the night before call the next day as my appointment was scheduled for 8 o’clock they hadn’t even looked at my car yet. It was noon. They told me it was a drop off. I’m sorry I made the appointment two weeks prior two days later I was able to pick my car up as I understand they need to get parts and I needed front and back brakes pads and rotors still needed it inspected never got that done. Machine was broke had to reschedule. They’d call me when parts came in according to Kim. Christine called she also called me back I explain the situation never heard from her again.a week later I called on Monday. Got Andy, he still hasn’t called me back! I called on Friday. Spoke with Michael who is extremely nice got me in for Thursday today the 28th my appointment was at 10 AM. They told me it would be about an hour to an hour and a half. I didn’t mind noon time came about and I asked how my car was doing. Kim said oh my gosh, we forgot inspect your car I was, very upset as I had said when I signed in was your machine working to get it? Inspected was told yes the front brakes pads and rotors needed to be put on not a problem. The communication was lacking as they still couldn’t find me again in their computer it’s been two years. Are you kidding me so when she tells me my car is done she said she still had to complete the paperwork and would mail it to me as I had already been there almost 3 hours she could see the distress and the tears in my eyes and I said fine just mail me the paperwork. It’s the worst experience ever. We will only go back now if I absolutely have to as we have an ex amazing warranty on our car for eight years anything else definitely not the worst experience ever I have never seen such an unorganized company and it’s the same thing every time I go there how can I be lost for two years I don’t get it, she even made a comment to the lady who is helping me then find me gosh never again

Fox Subaru was a dream to deal with. The staff was courteous and friendly, and our salesperson Zach was very knowledgeable about the car we were purchasing. All in all, a very enjoyable experience.

Worked with me getting into my dream car and was always keeping me updated with the status of my order. Clint, and Matt the managers are amazing and very knowledgeable. Was able to get my car ordered and delivered in about a month!

This is the third lease at Fox Subaru/Auburn Auto. I have always found them to listen to what I wanted and honest in their dealings

Have continually received spam emails about appointments from this business for a William Gary Emerson. I have never owned a Subaru, never visited Auburn, NY, and do not know anybody by that name.

I have called this business several times over the last 4 years to get my email removed. I have additionally emailed to request the same.
Despite this, I just received ANOTHER email today about an appointment for a person I don’t know, a car I do not have, and which is not for me.

Please stop contacting me!

Stopped at Fox Toyota of Auburn to look at new cars and ended up purchasing a new 2024 Subaru Outback wilderness. My sales person (Gabe) was the best! She worked with me on the whole process and made it so easy. I would defiantly recommend them if you are looking to either buy a new or used car, I will be going back when it’s time to trade in my Subaru for a newer one.

My experience at Fox Subaru was amazing start to finish! Our salesman Scott was very trustworthy and informative and made us feel very comfortable. We had been to numerous dealerships to no avail before we finally made our way to Fox Subaru and Scott sold us within 20 minutes! He and Matt also went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I wanted in my new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek, and Scott left no stones unturned when it came to showing me how to operate all the new features and letting me know that I can call anytime with any questions. The lease we had was 2/12 yrs old and had to have all the brakes replaced that was a year after the air conditioning had a replacment as well.
