Worst staff ever. Came on Black Friday and was cashed out by the rudest girl ever. Seemed like she may have been a manager. Was blonde in about her 30-40’s. Cashier had the receipt on the counter and handed me back my change, followed by her pushing the receipt across the counter to me as she turned around and carried on her conversation with her coworker without saying one word to me. Like idk maybe have a nice day? Something? If you have a bad attitude or are just an unhappy person please don’t work in retail. Such a bad look for Francesca’s, I was so taken back by her unpleasantness I almost returned the item I bought and honestly I wish I did.
