Yes, they are that good.

Campbell isn’t inexpensive (remember that this is where you go if you could voluntarily choose absolutely anywhere), but the total cost actually ended up lower than our expectations, and there was zero hard-sell or up-sell. They can do simple, economical and dignified, or take it up to any conceivable level you want and are prepared to pay for. In our case they arranged for online, multi-camera, professsional (and completely unobtrusive) live streaming of the service with subsequent online availability on demand, as well as the design and production of custom engraved family condolence response cards that were delivered within 24 hours.

I never thought I would be gushing online about a funeral chapel, but I also never imagined that anyone could make our lives so easy during such a stressful time. Thank you, Frank E. Campbell from our whole family.

Initially, I thought the service was very professional and sensitive. Then, before I even was called re: picking up remains of my loved one, I was sent a survey to fill out, which was sent to me twice. I found it very insensitive that the company was asking for recognition when the service was not even complete. To make matters worse, they never called me or emailed me to let me know the remains of my loved one had been returned and was ready for pick up. Interesting they had the time to send an email for a survey. It wasn't until I called them, that they confirmed remains were ready for pick up. When asked, they said remains had been there for the past 72 hours (Tuesday) - I called on Friday. I shudder to wonder how long they would have sat there, and what would have happened had I not called. POOR INSENSITIVE SERVICE.
