Franklin Hotel reviews
16I was there for a banquet for youth sports but.the menu was more tords children but great food and service
Great people nice place very clean we loved it prices are fair portions are very good we enjoyed are selfs first time will be back at least 3 times a week paid cash tipped the waitress she was happy I like that make a girl smile helps the moral
Git the chicken & greens it was disgusting low grade chicken cutlet that had the taste of a chicken patty and was extremely tough and all I could taste was vinegar in the greens and nothing seemed to be even close to fresh
It was a great experience! Haven't been there in a long time. Planning to visit again soon!
I called the Franklin to set up a small celebration of life. They hit it out of the park! The food was fantastic, The staff was terrific and the atmosphere was private. I want to thank everyone involved for making a difficult day a bit easier for my family.
Waitress was great, food was mediocre and the older lady at the bakery counter heavy set, dark hair and glasses, which my husband said was a Vechio, was rude, sarcastic, disrespectful and acted like we were wasting her time.she will never get another cent from me!
Really good thick chunky style old world red sauce! Meatballs are fantastic, and the gnocchi are out of this world
This has been one of our favorite places to go for dinner. We love the loaf of bread they have and the choice of so many different desserts. Especially the cannoli's.
Excellent Italian food, I had the beans and greens for lunch. All the Italian bread you can eat.
While I’ve eaten here a number of times over the years, I generally do take out. The restaurant is an older building, but while not updated it is generally clean.
The real star of the show is the food. Phenomenal Italian with good prices, large helpings and high quality! Additionally, their home made desserts are out of this world. Fresh made and truly outstanding.
As for the service - whenever I’ve eaten in; the service is excellent. When we do take out, it’s really the same story.
I’ve never had a bad experience eating here. I think it’s my favorite Italian restaurant in Rome…and that’s saying something.
Their grilled pork chop is unbeatable. I look forward to it every Friday. Also their fish fry is outstanding.
Went to lunch with my friend. We really enjoyed our meal. Had to wait a bit. It was a Wednesday very busy place. We sat down waitress came quickly. Took our order. She was fast and efficient.we didn't feel hurried. Took our time enjoyed our meal.
Large portions of pasta served by friendly, if busy, servers. The restaurant was packed when we arrived but emptied out after the lunch rush.
Deep fried foods overcooked and dry.
Prices are good,
Service was also very good, friendly
I went there for a production party and when I first walked in all I could smell was delicious food and there customer service was excellent.
Very busy because of the
Boil Maker Race in Utica.
Still good food. French Fries need to be crisper.
Mushroom Stew is the best.
