Franklin Square Pharmacy reviews
18Very professional and courteous pharmacist and employees. Great store with some of everything
I recently had an unpleasant encounter over the phone with two employees of Franklin Pharmacy. After receiving a bill for my deceased father. I called to inquire for the breakdown of the bill that was due. I did have issues with the bill but that was the least of my concerns. My father was their loyal customer for at least ten years.
When I informed the pharmacy in my conversations that he had passed away. There was not a single word of condolences expressed even though I was told they were aware who he was and that he was a long time customer of theirs. It’s sad when a business loses their human touch.
Very nice staff! They always have what you need! The large chain stores make you feel like just a number and are always out of stock and delayed filling rx love coming here
Apparently Grant from Franklin Square Pharmacy is unable to deal with his customers. He has zero patience and is unable to properly listen to what his customers are saying. Then blames them later on if something goes awry. I advise him to just quit and find an occupation that makes him less defensive. Like maybe in China somewhere. I didn't really get a chance to fully do business with the pharmacy because of Grant. Maybe they should consider firing him. It definitely couldn't hurt.
They had a unbelievable price on their web site on Cetaphil for approx. $6.58 for a 20 oz.jar so I purchased six. Approx. 2 days later they canceled my order saying their out of stock. I looked on their web site and found 16 oz.jars for approx. $17.50 I called up the store and spoke to Grant I believe. He stated he was out of stock. So I said send me the 16 oz.jars for the same price. He said no. I'm not a lawyer but have years of law enforcement under my belt and it smells like bait and switch. Thanks for nothing Franklin Square Pharmacy!
I ordered 3 clean n clear they take my money in cancel my order. Whoever the pharmacy guy was very rude and disrespectful. He was yelling and screaming all over the phone.he wasn’t helpful at all I would never spend a dime with you guys again.
I ordered "3" bottles of Tincture Iodine where it was clearly advertised as 16 ounce per bottle or 1 pint each. I received 3 bottles but not what was advertised. The brand was correct but the volume was not. I received (3) 1 ounces bottles for a total of 3 ounces not what was clearly advertised on their site.the brand was HUMCO. I cant imagine this was not a bait and switch since many of their products are similarly advertised this way. After calling the store the response I received was my manager is not here and he handles this. So i asked if they had any 16oz bottles of tincture iodine and they said they don't carry it? Then why advertise it as you do in the webpage! So I ordered 48 ounces total and received 3 ounces of that order for a deficit of 45 ounces! POOR AT BEST! BUYER BEWARE!
The place is clean. The prices are good. And seema is awesome. She’s really friendly. She works quick and shes very thorough. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait. It she’s worth it.
What’s not to Love about this place?
Service, prices, selection, no waiting, amazing staff?
Always has your prescription ready when you walk-in the door. If your lost in an isle a staff member is always asking if you need help.
They are great! When you call you get a real person to speak with. When you have a question and want to speak to a pharmacist he is there in seconds, The chain store pharmacies you get a 2 minute sales pitch before you get to press a key to direct your call. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. Keep up the great work! Phil B
I am so happy I finally have a store like this nearby especially during this pandemic. The people that work there are amazing even the security at the door.
Been going here for over a a year and a half now and this place is the best. Everyone is so helpful from the pharmacists to the cashiers to the ladies answering the phones. Their prices are more than fair for those paying out of pocket (I am not exaggerating when i say my quote for a prescription from CVS compared to here was 3x the price). I will never go back to the big name pharmacies, this place makes it easy to want to support local business!
Lowest prices on self-pay prescription medicine. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and get to know you fast, which is a very refreshing change from the CVS places where you need to show your license for every pick-up no matter how long you have been going there.
Franlin Square Pharmacy was a life saver during these horrible times. They had essential products in stock and responded quickly to my text in order which was ready extremely fast. Curbside pick up was a delight and flawless execution. The staff is always extremely friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and treats you like family. I guess this is what you can expect from a local family owned business!
Great service & easy to get in & out. Top notch & 1 of my favorite places to shop.
The experience was great. Very clean store, quality goods and reasonable prices. I absolutely love this place.
Best Pharmacy i’ve ever delay with. Pharmacists are so knowledgeable
and always go the extra mile for their customers. Doesn’t hurt that they always have a smile and all their employees are ready to help. Stay healthy guys!
