Fraser's Hardware reviews
17Absolutely amazing staff. Love it here. Very supportive. Dan is awesome, Kristen is great. All around 5 stars.
They were very knowledgeable and helpful with what I needed for my project. Big box was no help.also harbor freight was clueless AND I noticed prices of circular metal cutter WITH arbor was significantly cheaper at Fraser's.
They literally have everything. It's a little pricey but it's worth it for the quality and knowledge you receive when shopping here. If you have a home they have a great selection of all you're everyday needs for basic repairs.
Amazing and accommodating staff! Good business and good service are harder and harder to come by these days. I'm happy to bring my business here!
I enjoy shops with the folks at Fraser's!
Lads & lassies have time to chat,
and they are my go-to source for new water filters.
I'm happy to make an extra trip for the pleasure of shopping here!
I try very hard to support local business. It's farther to Frasers than the big box home improvement store right by me. I will gladly pay a premium for a local shop but I refuse to be outright price gouged because I want to support local, which I've experienced here.
Here's a great example, flexible 4in vinyl duct, cheap enough of a product at $20-25 for a 20 foot section pretty much as a standard everywhere else.
At Frasers this same product is $40. This is one clear example of many, and being asked to pay around double the price I can't support.
If you have to go, keep your phone out and double check the prices. Or, as I see it, don't go here because it's just now more effort than it's worth. We're the ones that want to support local and Frasers is pushing us elsewhere.
I thought it's time a write a review for Frasers Hardware. I was in the other day and was picking up a 50 lb. Of salt, when I asked Maggie is there anyone who can help me put the bag in the car. Maggie said, are you kidding as she put on her gloves. She carried the bag to my car.
She is very knowledgeable and helpfull and one of the reasons I keep coming back to Fraisers.
They usually have whatever you need, and close by. Just a little higher price for the convenience
Great family owned hardware store. The staff is always attentive and looking to help you find whatever you need for your home project. They’re more than happy to answer any questions.
I've shopped at this store for years. I came by yesterday and they were closing the door as I approached, which was earlier than their posted closing time. I told them I needed one quick item. They allowed me to make the purchase (It took one minute) but they had a poor attitude about taking that extra minute for me. I got the same attitude once when I returned an item. No worries, Lowes is better and open later. So much for supporting mom and pop businesses.
Fraser's is a perfect local one stop shop for all the little things you don't want to travel to the big box stores for.and they're very helpful if you cannot find it on the shelves or need something maybe a bit not ordinary. This is what Hardware stores used to be like prior to the Big Box stores putting most of them out of business.
They are very helpful here. Multiply employees stopped to ask if I needed help. If they don't have what you need, then try to figure out how to help you
I went to Fraser's Hardware store seeking a few unusual items and was pleased with the help available to customers. It was much better than Home Depot and Aaron from Fraser's was excellent, he took his time and walked me through the store helping me located the items I was looking for.
If this store doesn't have it - you don't need it! Great people. My go to place for hard to find hardware.
I have been coming here for years and they're always so very helpful in helping you with things that you need
Hmmm.my husband and I shop here to support a local business. While they do ask if you need help while you’re walking around, they could be a little friendlier. I get that New England vibe - courteous, but not really that friendly. We’ll still shop here, just asking you guys to lighten up a bit. Smile sometimes.
Fraser's a great hardware store. They're very handy and have big selection of items to do the job. Most importantly you won't spend an hour waiting for someone to help you thanks to the knowledgeable and courtiess sales people that work there. Keep the good work up. R Priolo
