Fratelli’s Pork Store & Fine Foods, Centereach NY

The quality of their meats and cold cuts and foods are great. I ordered a Prime Rib for Christmas which was amazing. All their workers are great, but "EDDIE", always goes above and beyond for my husband and I. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE!

My 1 star rating is due to being blindsided by a point of sale 3.5% service fee for credit card use.
There are icons on the front entrance advertising credit cards accepted. The prices listed on items do not reflect any cash discount. When your directed to pay at the register there is a small notice that there is a 3.5% fee for credit card use. Your receipt doesn't indicate that fee, yet it's added on.
I'm reporting this incident to the NYS Department of Consumer Affairs.

CUSTOMER SERVICE. 3 customers when I walked in 8 or 9 workers stood there for 10 minutes without even being asked if I was being helped. Left and went to chubbs meats same quality.

They counter people don't pay attention to details. I asked for 3 - 1lb packages of chop meat wrapped for freezing. The same thing for chicken cutlets. He made 3 packages of each, then wrapped all the chop meat all together in one freezer bag. The same with the chicken, one freezer package. The quality of the products is very good. I miss the old staff.

The chicken cutlets tasted really disgusting when I went there yesterday. I’ll give this place another try because everyone else seems to like it.

Great place for sausages. We had a hard time finding something closer to what we would get in Brooklyn. Fratellis fits the bill. They have delicious sausage, linked and spun. The big boy burgers are amazing and their stromboli (adjacent) type rolls are very good. Sad they stopped making the broccoli rabe one. Rice balls and prosciutto balls are so delish. Cold cuts are fresh. They will cut and pound out the chicken cutlets for you. Everything fresh is great. They also carry everything you need to make Italian cookies just make sure to check the dates when buying off the shelves. Bread and rolls are fresh everyday.

I tried the pot of sausage meatballs and bragiol. WOW! What a wonderful day it was! If you like football you can have 4 people enjoy this.and you get to keep the pot.outstanding job guys I'm going to be giving away stainless steel pots by the end of the football season. All in guys great job!

Fratelli’s has caught my attention from the road for many years but it’s a bit far from my summer place in Old Field. I needed some antipasto stuff and chose to finally go. So glad I did! Bresaola, Speck, hot coppa, marinated artichokes… all spectacular, and the gentleman who assisted cut me a small piece of real parm and grated it for me, gladly, with no attitude about the small job or that my meats were only 1/4 pound increments. Their house breadcrumbs are inexpensive and made perfect baked top-neck clams we dug earlier that day (bacon, parm, pickled onion, parsley and fresh oregano). Their marinated steaks look fantastic. We usually to the Setauket butcher but will give Fratelli’s a go next year for steaks.

We had fratellis cater my baby shower over Memorial Day weekend. Everyone said how much they loved the food! We had plenty of leftovers as well. The guys were extremely friendly and professional, highly recommended!

Just went to fratelli for first time and WOW TOP OF THE LINE! Food looks amazing presentation is amazing! Clean and organized! I was extremely impressed! I’ve been in food business for 35 years! And this store was VERY IMPRESSIVE

Here we go with another review. Moving into Ronkonkoma I have been on the search for good food. My best friend tells me about Fratelli's. I walk into this place and you know they are legit. I order 2 Italian subs. Yup, best in all of Suffolk county. Now im not comparing this sandwich to the high end pompous places that have the super expensive meats that give you a few slices on a whole hero and charge through the roof. Im talking about your good old Italian sub. After my wife gave birth to my 4th child she wanted an Italian sub and this thing delivered! TOP NOTCH GUYS! Inviting atmosphere, and even a customer was telling me about all the good stuff in this place including the fresh pasta. Will be back for sure. This place is a GEM.

I ordered a 6’ hero a grilled chicken tray and lasagna. The hero and chicken were okay. The Lasagna was terrible. Dry, and not at all flavorful. I had to throw out almost the entire tray. Will never order again
