8Been with them for 6 years. Now in the process of switching to DealerCenter. After My original Review they did reach out but my system still doesn't work as it should. But I do appreciate them reaching out.
Frazer is not the same anymore in terms of customer service. Try to call then now, used to be 5 min wait, 10 the most, now is 45+ min of waiting. Love the system but getting tired of this wait time
I have read so much on their customer service being great. I can never get them to answer the phone for me. Have to leave a message and it takes so long for them to get back to me. Tried to use the chat online option. I got one of my issues fixed but was having trouble with the other issue. The person "Matt" explained to me if I won't tell him my issue then he couldn't help me. I was typing exactly what the screen was saying as I was trying to explain my issues.
We've been using Frazer Computing for several years now for both of our dealerships. Nearly every time we've had an issue it's been user error (our fault). Their commitment to solving the issue is 1st class. Prompt and friendly help EVERYTIME.
