I have been a customer of the Rome office for the last 5 years. Kathryn (kaity) is my go to broker. I absolutely love her, all the girls make it a point to call ahead and remind me of my renewals, they are always honest and willing to help change whatever they can to make my experience better and easier with any of the companies I use. I live not having to research and do everything on my own. They explain everything so I can understand it better versus listening to an agent direct from the companies on the phone talk and not help me understand. I will continue to go to freeway’s Rome office just for the convenience fact alone! These women are amazing here!

Katie is superb! There was no hassle! No issue! She was friendly as ever and professional. She was on top of her game and got me an affordable price for “full coverage” for a 2019 under $400. Less than all the major insurance companies. I was interested in just starting an insurance and then going to progressive but NOPE IM STAYING WITH MCLOUGHLIN. I've been with freeway for a long time now. I have to say everyone there is great they always get me the beat rate. I love doing business with them and enjoy going in to pay my bill. I although am having a hard time getting in touch with them thru this carvo crisis we are having. I came on site to see if they have updated the hours or are still running as im up for renewal in 3 days. Yet ive got no answer or update on a machine to say they have shut down.
