I dont usually leave reviews but with the service Mr. Daniel Frenkel provided I am compelled to share my experience. Even durring the Covid outbreak, when the postal service lost my doccuments, Daniel went above and beyond by hand delivering papers to my home. He trully is a credit to his profession. Daniel charged me no consultation charges (nearly all lawyers that I called wanted money for a few minutes), his fees is reasonable (especially for the quality of service), he was very patient, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and he went above and beyond. My case was successfully handled and based on my experience I highly recommend him.

After setting with Mr. Frankel & Bernnet I see that professional dealing with customer or even still not singed a contract with great information and support without asking for consultation fees

My immigration attorney is David Barnett and the paralegal in charge is Mina Khalil. First off, David is very experienced and had prepared a solid case. He's very informative, passionate and honest in defending you and requires nothing less from you to do so. Mina as well is very diligent, always on time communicating back to you anytime you reach him. He's very experienced and will cut you hours of research and time. They know what they're doing. I don't think I would have had a better experience else where, after all I won the case.

After years and years of dreaming of coming to the US to live and work I did it thanks to this law firm. They are attentive, diligent and helpful. The rates are very reasonable for the service you will get. They will get the job done in a transparent manner, just the little help I needed to fulfill a lifetime goal of mine.

Front desk Ebony is very-very rude and unprofessional. She have very bad attitude. I never had such a bad experience in my life. She need to take some classes to learn how to talk to people not scream at people. I end up not seeing attorney because she said that I don’t have an appointment but it wasn’t true because I did have an appointment that I made month in advance.

He is a very irresponsible, clueless and inpatient attorney. You will never get the chance to meet him once he took the fee from you!

Unfortunately he screwed our case without any consultation during the process and even not noticing us the result. (We found result through checking on the website. Not mentioning all the awful consequence we’ve suffered)

When we tried to get refund at the law firm, he even sent another attorney who we never met and has no idea any detail about our case. This stranger flipped a few pages then tell us that “We did our job it just didn’t work out, sorry, good luck”

Wow, so chill. Sounds like you helped us for free.

Don’t go to them if you are seeking for a pleasant experience dealing with all the paper work. Seriously.

No matter what other lawyers told you or how complicated your immigration situation is, the folks here at FH&S have the legal experience and expertise to untangle your case. Never give up help is on the way!

They are experienced, they know what they are doing however once they have taken your case and you’ve made payment they become very disassociated with your case and they start giving arrogant responses. In my case they ran me to four different attorneys within their firm and I would have to retell my story each time. They advised me to not attend an interview and I am still in limbo because of that with uncertainty. I’d stay away and would only recommend those with straight forward cases to come here. Have to make an appointment and then you’ll be seen. Don’t like to be pestered.
