I'm not sure where the above average reviews came from for this business.but my suggestion is. BEWARE. DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS! From my experience. TOTALLY UNRELIABLE! I called.spoke to Joe and setup an appointment for Mold Remediation in my Attic. 2 weeks in advance of the Appointment! I called back no less then 4 or 5 times.no one ever answered the phone. I left numerous Voicemails asking for a call back in order to confirm the Appointment.never got a response.no call back! Needless to say.the day of the Appointment. No one showed! If I could give this Company No Stars and still post this. I would!

Joe was great, very professional, thorough and reasonably priced. The work was scheduled quickly, completed on time and they left no trace of mold

The best company and people to work with! We suffered terrible damage from hurricane Ida. Not only did they pick up the call at 8pm but showed up at 9am sharp the next day and the work they've done is beyond what I expected. The owner Joe is also a caring individual and helped the local community massively! Rare find! Best people!

This was my first time working with a remediation company, but as far as I am concerned if I or anyone I know has a need for mold removal, I will refer them. Fresh Maintenance helped decontaminate my personal belongings after they grew mold due to a malfunctioning air conditioner. They were amazing to work with. They worked based on my schedule and were efficient and professional. The crew was fabulous and would allow me to assist. When they were done, they left the home cleaner then when they got there. Very professional!

Joe was the only bright spot in a rather bad situation. We had a water leak from bad chimney flashing that tore through our attic and found a home for itself in a wall in our dining room. Months later, we had a major mold issue.

I called Joe and he immediately educated me on the risks and the best way to get the mold inspected and further treated. Joe was incredibly professional, communicative and kind throughout the abatement process. He's also very honest and steered me towards finding a legit home/mold inspector and not using someone who would take advantage of my lack of knowledge around the remediation process.

As stressful as this situation was, it was a relief to find Joe. Really great experience overall and appreciate his honesty and approach to running his business.

Joe was very courteous and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and knew just what I needed to do to take care of my mold problem. He even discovered new mold I knew nothing about. I'm very pleased with this company’s nonaggressive approach as I am not capable of doing much around the house anymore.
