The staff is rude, unresponsive, and disorganized.

I had a prescription emergency where I ran out. They refused to fill it unless I had a visit with the doctor. The next appointment was in 3 months. They told me to go to the ER if I could not wait.

Another time I showed up at 8: 35AM for an 8: 30AM appointment. I was told they had a strict 3 minute policy. They were laughing.

Avoid this disaster of an office. They are completely unprofessional.

I waited 5 months for my appointment because they were so booked, and then the day I got there they had canceled my appointment without telling me. When I told them I never canceled the appt and wanted to see the doctor because I had waited for so long, they refused to help me. Health care is difficult enough without having to deal with mistakes and obstinance. I will be looking for a kinder and more competent doctor’s office.

This place is horrible. Was charged almost $700 for an office visit with Dr. Joey Fernandez. When I called the front desk to ask for a reasoning as to why it was so high they yelled at me, mocked me, and provided absolutely no help. Not only that, but instead of explaining the breakdown of the visit costs, they came up with additional excuses like that it was because I was evaluated under sports medicine instead of internal medicine, something that I was not aware of when I made the appointment, or that I must have received additional treatment outside of what I was there for when I did not. I still am unable to determine the actual reasoning as to why my visit was billed this high when my expected cost was around $300. It's really disheartening as I was originally supposed to be seeing Dr. Samantha Stimmel who I heard nothing but great things about, but had to make an additional appointment with Dr. Fernandez in the interim. Unfortunately, I've cancelled my original appointment with Dr. Stimmel and will not be returning due to the disrespect that I received from the office staff.

Worst experience at a medical practice I have ever had. I made my appointment 2 months out and when I arrived 6 minutes late, I was told I would have to reschedule. Staff was disrespectful and claimed that even though the policy is you forfeit your appointment if you are over 10 minutes late, I took too long using the sign in kiosk and therefore they would not honor my appointment.

I would not recommend this center to anyone. Which is too bad since the doctors are good. The staff is worthless. For days I have been waiting for someone to call the pharmacy for approval on medication to relieve symptoms for COVID. I have been told I would get calls back, be top priority, get my medication sorted before the weekend. Nothing happened. I’m without for the the weekend. Do yourself a favor and call CityMD. I’m now forced too.
