Truly impeccable service, I dropped off a sweater and dress Saturday for mending and got a text Sunday evening they were done. The handiwork is perfect and they saved these garments that I had thought would be pretty difficult to fix. My sweater was perfectly re-knit and I can’t even see where the threads started to come undone. I’m amazed! I’d trust them with anything!

I’ve brought several garments to Franky for alterations and repair. She has just returned three pairs of pants that I purchased over Xmas. All brand new (drop shipping sizes) —amazing hemming on my wool trousers and she took in the waist on another pair. Three-pairs of pants in four-days! Less even; she had them ready last night but didn’t want to bother me after hours
She has also mended two vintage jackets that were victims of moths. Her work looks fantastic; only your lover would notice.

I’m lucky to have this talented woman just up the block from me.
