If I could give this place zero stars I would stood in line with my family for over twenty minutes an was not acknowledged whatsoever by any employees there was at least 5 of them just standing around an the restaurant itself was next to empty we ended up leaving cause if it took that long to be seated how long would the food take I would not recommend this place to anyone a

I used to love Friendly's. We hadn't been in quite awhile and today we went for ice cream. We were seated pretty quickly, but we were seated right next to a family (they don't have the partitions anymore). But yet there were clean booths next to the window. We ordered strawberry shortcake sundaes. The waitress came back and told us they were all out of the pound cake so I ordered an oreo friendz. I was so disappointed. Half the cup was empty. It was $5.79 for a half cup of ice cream. I took a picture because I was so disappointed but I don't see how to post it on here. Also, after we got there we changed our mind and thought we would get food but the prices have gone way up. So, needless to say, we are not going back for a long time.

Visited this location today for the 1st time. I was very disappointed.total cost was 32.33 only to get back to the hotel and discover the hotdogs were on one white loaf bread, no French fries in box. Brisket melt was nothing like pictured and the fries with it were cold and the cup was only half full. Returned to get missing fries and there was a dead mouse in the parking spot of the carry out window. Needless to say two hotdogs, the sandwich and two fries definitely not worth 32 dollars. Wouldn’t have given it the one star but no option for zero stars.

Came in at 5: 45 in, I counted about 4 employees that walked past for 23 minutes until one of them finally seated us. There was two family’s behind us that were also waiting to be seated and then walked out after waiting 15 minutes. The customer service here is absolutely atrocious and don’t get me
Started about the food, the restaurant felt like I was inside of a fridge and by the time our food hit the table it was cold. I wouldn’t recommend this friendlys to any one I know. The one in Troy is a much more proper and professional. I wish I could get my money back

We attempted to stop and eat dinner with our children, we arrived at 9pm and waited to be seated, not 1 single employee spoke to or addressed us. They wouldn't even make eye contact, it was like they were intentionally ignoring us. We stood there for 15+ minutes, so much for family friendly.

I went to this location in hopes to experience the great food I've ate from this establishment for years, with my family and I was very disappointed my family and I are of color. When we walked in, there was barely any one dinning in the one worker was seating someone the other employees was just standing around, no greeting no nothing than the waitress proceeded to walk back and forth across as if we were not standing there I'm more see disappointed if anything because I absolutely love the food but I would not recommend this location at all smh

This is a lovely Friendlys. Medium meals for a fair price. Its lobster season. We had the lobster enchiladas. ; Cobb salad. Everything excellent. Ice cream if you have any room left.
Every table cleaned. Excellent staff goes the extra mile.

Walked in at 12: 30 this afternoon. The restaurant was busy but not Friday night busy. My husband, son and I stood at the hostess desk for 30 min- the head waitress never made eye contact, never said I'm sorry, I'll be right with you, nothing. There were 4 groups of 2/3 people that came in after us that had no idea what was going on either. What made us decide to leave was not the wait, it was the way the waitress who didn't acknowledge us, treated another customer checking out. Two, older women with a small child got up from their table and went to the counter to check out. The waitress pretty much accused her of trying to leave without paying-stating "others have done this to her before and that she was left responsible for the bill" The woman explained she just wanted to leave and that she (the waitress) never brought the check, after requesting it, which is why she went to the counter to pay. Very embarrassing for the woman as there were atleast 12 of us standing there waiting for someone, anyone, to assist us. This ordeal, coupled with the disregard for the patrons waiting is why we left and went somewhere else. Sadly we will not be returning to this establishment again. Poor manners, bad judgment and lack of leadership.

Such polite and aplogic staff. It was super busy and like most places these days, understaffed. We didn't care and was in no hurry. Food was just fine. I feel so bad for companies struggling like my work is. I tip well and I'm patient.

Service was above and beyond expectations. The food quality was not what I am used to at Friendlys. I ordered a Turkey club super melt and expected sliced Turkey as usual. There was one half inch thick piece of spongy meat. Sad.

Walked in and they didn’t look too busy, patiently waited for about 5-7 min while waitresses continued to walk by us and didn’t even acknowledge that we were standing there waiting. I understand if they were really busy but it didn’t appear that way. We decided to not wait any longer and calmly turned to leave and a gentlemen that worked in the ice cream section sarcastically said have a nice day. He has seen us standing there waiting and I felt that it was rude.

I went here yesterday to order ice cream with my 2 friends in the ice cream line. My friends got their order taken, but when it was my turn I was absolutely ignored for 10 minutes while 3 employees weren't doing anything. It looked like a blonde girl was getting trained and just laughing at every little thing going on thinking her new job was just a joke. I walked out because I was a customer who was being ignored. How do these workers have no sense of awareness? I could've sworn they even looked at me. Do you think someone standing In line for minutes doesn't want an order taken? I even was saying out loud why isn't my order being taken these people aren't even doing anything? I work in customer service myself and can see when a customer approaches and I assist immediately. This makes me want to never come here again especially when you have poor service like this. I would hate to see this friendlys end up like the rest of them.

Rachel was our fantastic server. Our foid was quick and yummy. Tater tot appetizer, chicken supermelt, and jammin burger all quite the treat. Plus the fries were hot. Had a coupon for a free sundae. Overall a great meal.

Stopped in earlier today and they were pretty busy. Our waitress Kiara made sure that we were seated right away, and took very good care of us. Food was great and so was the service. I will definitely be back.

After running around to kids events all evening we decided no one wanted to cook we stopped in to get everyone fed. Ordered a few apps and kids meals entrees and even hung around for some desserts. Food was good what you’d expect from diner type restaurant. Our server however went above and beyond we do have the needy group multiple sauces, refills menu suggestions and lots and lots of napkins we are pains but our server Colleen never batted an eye she took care of every request with a smile on her face. Customer Service post Covid has been non existent but she definitely sets the bar and we will absolutely be back to see her and will continue to share our experience with others because sadly the wonderful service we received is no longer a common occurrence. Thank you Colleen for being there for this frazzled family and the end of our busy day.

I usually enjoy the food and service here but today wasn't the case. After being seated and looking at the menu, my boyfriend picked up the ketchup bottle that was on the table to find ants underneath the cap. This was after the hostess had just wiped down the table. I am really disappointed and most likely will not be coming back.

My girlfriend and I went to see their newest menu items. I had a nice grilled brisket sandwich with fries, and she had a nice green salad with chicken.and a strawberry Fribble shake! The bill came to $37.00. The place wasn't too crowded, but they only had two waitresses serving people. (Once the ice cream orders were finally finished, the two young servers there did a funny sort of handshake and "high fived" each other! That was a bit amusing.)

Unfortunately not many people apparently want to work there was only three people on. Once we were seated service was great food was hot and delicious I wish more people were able to work here because my family loves this place

We came to celebrate our 3 year olds birthday, we waited 10 minutes alone for a place to sit for 8 people. After placing our order waited another 50 minutes, waitress told us it would only be a few more minutes before our food was out then waited an additional 15 minutes and finally requested a manager to tell her we did not want the food anymore. Overheard her then tell the kitchen staff to not start another item insinuating we would’ve been waiting another probably 15-20 minutes. All with 4 very hungry kids. Do not recommend

Made a bad review a few days ago as you can see in recent reviews. Company replied to my review and pretended they were sympathetic and asked me to write them on a link they provided. Yet I did and company still hasn't called. They don't care!
