Ice cream always good
But they took away senior menu not good!
Waitress didn't know why
But wish they would bring it back!

Waitress extremely friendly, but overworked and too busy to give us what we needed. Place is always extremely dirty and sticky on tables and boths.

My mother in laws favorite place. Handicap accessible for us and free sundae if you are over 60 with a meal! We go at least once a month. Food is good, as Friendlys always is!

My family and I were greeted within two minutes. They took my name and how many people in the party. We waited ten minutes to be seated. The server called my name. She asked how many people? I said I was second on the list. Rudely she said, Once again I'm asking, how many people? I should have walked out, but didn't. The food was good. I'll stick with the Riverhead Friendly's.

The food was delicious, fresh and hot. The waitresses were very friendly and attentive. The dining room was nicely decorated and clean. My sister and I will definitely be back for our comfort food.

Staff was friendly. The food was fairly prompt. Senior discounts seem generous.
UPDATE: Senior discounts are no more and prices are up more than 20 percent from just a month ago. Wow!

Appears take out as overworked. Ever get a cheeseburger with 2 bottoms of a roll? We did. And the wait was abhorrently long - and I called in 40 minutes before I arrived.

This establishment is supposed to be a family friendly, child friendly safe environment. The treatment given to children is unacceptable. A group of children come in who forget masks and leave the building to get mask and return are then disrespected and talked to in a nasty way the whole time they are present in the restaurant …. They are talked badly about by the staff and pointed at in a disrespectful manor. Fix your staff, treat the children better!

I haven't went to Friendlys in so long, I went for the half price apps but then when I got there I found out they teamed up with Mr Beast Burger. I got my burger beast style and it was so good. The service was so nice and friendly (pun intended) I left a good word with the manager who was nice as well. Totally made my day.

Everything was great! The waitress that made this sundae for my daughter went above an beyond. Just look at that ice cream masterpiece!

It was Great to be back in N. Y. @ Friendly's. We moved to SWFL in '99 and I grew up on Friendly's. I had a Super Sundae, OMG

I've never been to a hurricane wings before and to be honest it was pretty good my wife has a gluten allergy and they did have gluten free wings so she enjoyed them and I would probably go back again

Been to friendlys 1000 times before but this experience was horrible. Water tasted like salt and dish soap, all condiments came in to go containers and tasted off. A $14 "munchie mania" came with 12 mini motz sticks and a tiny quesadilla. Needless to say but they really need new management badly.

I know, its Friendly's, but we had great food and good service. Table of 8 and everything was fast and hot. Pleasant and patient waitress, good experience.

Quite impressed service wasn't bad as in the past. While i reside in Shirley, would normally drive to the Medford location.

My son came home from Florida. We were having a lunch date. He wanted to go to Friendly's. We were served quickly food was delicious and the waitress was courteous. Plenty of food for what we paid. Highly recommend.
