I have been coming here for a little over two years now and I always found that actual dermatologists to be super nice but the rest of the staff extremely rude, cold and unfriendly.
I genuinely forgot to bring a mask and was almost told I wasn’t going to be seen. I understand that it’s a medical office and I need one but usually they have a box with masks so that’s why I didn’t bother turning around when I realized I didn’t have mine with me. Instead of looking to make sure there was none around to give me they immediately started to make me feel bad that I forgot one. Given how the state of our world is today I would think people would want to spread a little more kindness and love around instead of being so miserable and rude.
