Fuchsia Tiki Bar, New Paltz NY

This was the best Tiki bar I have ever been to. The drinks were very well made and presentation was incredible.
Shame that its no longer there.
The owner was good to chat with.

One of the best bars in the Valley, and they'll be leaving us shortly. Give them lots of business while they're still around to give them a reason to start again (hopefully in Kingston this time)

Food & cocktails were amazing as always- we take an hour drive up just to stop in and support! This trip up because I was pregnant I was super excited about the zero proof drink menu and wasn’t disappointed! I really appreciate there being non alcoholic cocktails that are sophisticated, flavorful, and beautiful! We were sad to discover they’re losing their current location due to the landlord, so if you’re reading this review before 9/30/23 and have never been definitely stop in - you won’t be disappointed!

Amazinggg drinks that are out of those world! The sushi is dope too! They make it so fun! Great date night!

Great drinks, great atmosphere, and great food. My fiancee and I have been going here for years now and every time it is a great experience. The variety of drinks is great and the bar staff is always fun. They keep everything fresh with menu changes so it never gets stale. I highly recommend Fuschia to anyone!

I've had a lot of fun at a lot of bars, but my stop at Fuchsia was some of the most fun I can remember. Andrew the bartender was absolutely one of the coolest, most interesting bartenders I've met in a long time. Awesome atmosphere, too.

This place is truly the bees' knees. Amazing drinks, ambiance, and service. We've been to tiki bars around the world, and would truly call it one of the best.

The attention to detail is spectacular (icy cold glassware, comfy seats, drink strength menu descriptions). Would recommend this as a destination bar for anyone even remotely in the area.

Fuchsia isn't just an exceptional tiki bar, it is a fun place to hang with rad staff and a sense of humor. Seriously huge rum selection, hand made orgeat and other syrups and tinctures, etc. Anton knows his craft and is admired and followed by others in the industry. It is a do-not-miss in the Hudson Valley for well balanced cocktails. Climb some cliffs, do some trail running, drink a Mai Tai or mocktail, eat some dumplings. What could be better?

My favorite bar to hang out at. Bartenders are awesome and make you feel like family and the drinks are even better. Im there every week. Might as well start living there.

We found Fuchsia on accident, but we are so glad we did! We've been three times in the last couple of weeks and will continue to return. Luis and Andrew were working the times we were there and not only are they amazing at their craft but they are incredibly nice and hospitable. The drinks are all delicious and the vibe of the space is on point. So happy to have a spot to go to to enjoy well made tiki drinks!

Just went there after work today with a party of 8 and we had the best time! We were obnoxious and ordered drinks that weren't on the menu (even though they have a plethora of amazing drinks of the menu) and they were so accommodating and the drinks they made were amazing.we also ordered a bunch of food that came out so quickly and was delicious.had a great time food service and atmosphere was all fantastic! Bonus they were playing all my favorite 80s jams.can't wait to go back.so nice to have great food drinks and service everyone was a pleasure to work with!

Love love love this place. Food is great, cocktails are fun, and the staff is super friendly. Stopped in and sat at the bar after a long hike/getting engaged and they treated us like old friends. Will be stopping here every time we’re in New Paltz.

Amazing little spot that transports you to an amazing tropical bar in a galaxy far far away. The cocktails were stellar, the staff was friendly and the owner Anton was super kind. I will be back! I love that they all took pride in the spirits they used and the cocktails they crafted.

Great place to hang out for a little while have a few drinks and have great conversation with a friend or even the bartender yes that's right the bartender actually has a conversation with you. The drinks are great and not typical actually tropical lol. One thing is don't order a drink that is made with vodka only say this because well they don't have vodka.
