2Fuel the Soul, is a relaxing experience. Lauren is a skilled massage therapist and addressed all my problem areas, while giving me an excellent full body massage. I felt great when I left.
I have been trying find the right massage therapist and my search is finally over. Lauren is THE best massage therapist on Long Island. She pays attention to what you are looking to get out the session and applies the pressure suited to your preference. She is very knowledgeable about all the muscles in your body and will recommend stretches for you to do. I felt so refreshed and relaxed afterwards that all I wanted to do is take a nap. I highly recommend that you get 90 minutes for your first session and keep your schedule clear afterwards so you can have best nap ever.
