I don't know what all the fuss is about. This place is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I go regularly to drop off packages and haven't had a single issue. I'm so glad this place is here. I would rather have my teeth pulled than have to go to that awful Post office on the next block.

I have been going here for the past two days (Monday, March 2,2023 and Tuesday, March 3,2023) at 9 AM and waiting until 9: 30 AM. The Fulton Sandbox supposedly opens at 9: 00 AM but after waiting a half hour it is still not open. If the hours have changed, then the hours online should be updated. Both days I have spent 20 dollars taking a cab with heavy boxes and can only come in the morning before work. This is extremely unprofessional.

They are a *FREE* drop off location for pre-paid UPS, FedEx (Express & Ground), and DHL packages. Pre-paid USPS packages get charged $1 per item.

I happily pay the USPS fee because the Fulron Street Post Office - literally on the next block - has all customers with pre-paid packages in the same, inefficient queue as everybody else and it’s a massive waste of time.

I haven’t used Sadbox’s shipping- or mailbox services, and the location doesn’t offer much retail beyond basic brown boxes and padded envelopes, so I can’t vouch for the core of what they do.

The gentleman working today motivated me to write this review - a couple years ago this place was semi-chaotic, but now it’s a huge asset to the neighborhood. The person who helped me was efficient, professional, went above and beyond while helping multiple people who came in to quickly get in and out. Thank you!

I went in to print some documents this morning. The guy working there this morning was extremely kind and helpful. Even when I asked the dumbest question, he helped me anyway. Very polite. Great experience. The other reviews made me nervous to come here. But they were wrong, it was great. I was in and out in less than 5 min.

I usually have a positive experience when buying boxes and printing return labels. My negative experience was most recent with two packages that I was trying to ship. I mailed them out on Wednesday at 5PM and to my surprise, was informed that they would get delivered by Friday end of day shipping to Chicago and North Carolina. Ecstatic, I went through with the $40 shipping (!) via Fedex. I checked the status of my packages on Thursday expecting them to be halfway there and they weren't even on the road. The packages were picked up Thursday at 5: 30PM to be delivered. Now I understand cut off times for shipping packages exist, but I would have preferred for the system to take that into account if I was mailing a package already at the end of the day. Now my packages are delayed until Monday. Really disappointed with this and thought I was getting transparent delivery timelines when I wasn't. I could have probably shipped it at a slower rate for less and it would get there at the same time! Also would have liked to see what the rates for UPS were but wasn't given the chance - hoping the employee will only recommend the most efficient or the cheapest options as first.

Support staff is adequate, but the business unit needs to be improved, as there is always a slow moving line. Please add a Mac to the computer station.

I went to get a printout from the fedex office and I grew up in that building this Spanish lady cursed me out and said the printer isn’t working. I looked the printer and it was functioning so she lied and doesn’t want to work. I don’t know why they hire people that’s crazy. Bad customer service. Called the cops on me cause I asked to print out a paper.

Customer service skills are a little lacking. Always ask for Tiffany she's Very happy an her Customer service skills are great she answered an explained all questions in way that wasn't rude or give off she was annoyed. She the only reason for the 3 stars

Rude and inexperienced staff. Wish I would’ve read the other poor reviews before using their FedEx overnight service, which cost $60 and my package won’t arrive until 3 days later. Their lack of professionalism will cost me hundreds of dollars.

I've been here many times and almost always had a good experience, but tonight as soon as I was done with work, I got an Uber over with two big boxes to send as returns. I got to the store at 6: 45 to find the door locked - the employee working opened the door to ask if she could help me, but said the computers were already shut down because she had to mop. I don't know. I just feel like business hours should be updated if the place isn't really open until 7. I paid $20 roundtrip in ubers to get there and back (I was planning on walking home, but couldn't with the boxes I brought), and didn't even get to return my packages. I've come at this time before and it's always been fine, so maybe it was a one-off. Might buy a printer just so I don't have to deal with this in the future.

They don’t follow their hours of operation. They say they’re open at 9am, it’s 9: 30am and still no one here. The store is completely barricaded. Very unprofessional.

I had a great experience at this place. The prices to print in color is not expensive and the young man at the desk was very nice and helpful to me.

This place is good. You must wear a mask. Lord do you seethe prices to send mail. What does this country not get. To send a 3.75 pound package to England is 122 dollars via usps. And that's cheap? Am I missing something here?

Standing outside since 9am, at the exact time the claim to open at both online and when you call. It’s now 9: 12 and still no one in sight who might be coming to unlock the gate? Waste of time
