Funtime Kids Party Rentals, Queens NY

The owners were both professional and gave me the best customer service that is very much lacking today. They suggested I take advantage of their membership which would allow me major discounts on future bookings with them. Overall Funtime kids was definitely a smart choice!

Rude and not professional! We rented bouncy houses that were left unattended and came down on kids at our block party. When called to discuss and rectify, we were screamed on and basically made to feel like it was our fault because no one was available to troubleshoot on their behalf.

Simple, Quick, and Easy! The kids enjoyed the bounce house and cotton candy the most. Great customer service!

We rented a cotton candy machine, a snow cone machine, and a bean bag toss game. Good equipment. They arrived early and helped us set up everything! The kids at my center had a great time. We will be using this company again.

Buyer be ware! For the same price all other companies are offering rentals with next day pick up. I would not recommend this company. The contracts are offered at an hourly rate and if your guest are enjoying their selves they will be sure to pull the chairs and tables. Funtime you are not saying truth. There was no address change!

They are such an amazing company. They took my last minute request and saved our 5th grade graduation celebration when another vendor canceled. Great staff and prices not to mention very attentive to needs and early setup as well as on time pickup

Equipment was in good condition, kids had a great time on the bounce house. The drop off / pick up staff was very friendly. The ordering process was easy as well. Will definitely rent from them again
