Funtopia USA reviews
31 The place is good for kids to teenagers even, but time is catching up, is already getting forgotten, simple nice experience for kids, Don't expect a big stage, but it does it's job
I think The entire building need new development, good luck have fun
Was working here and got told because I got stuck at my other job that I couldn’t come in and they don’t care…
Brought my niece there today, found it very boring, cost $10.00 a person, my niece wanted to go to chunky cheese. Don't recommend going here.
Very nice and clean we went early to prevent the crowds was pretty low key my kid and maybe 4 more. Affordable and fun
My grandchildren love Funtopia, for me I like the price $10.00 dollars each kids the best thing we don't have to pay. I can tell you about the food because never by the food, I bring my own food and they have a Burger king down stairs.
This is one of the best indoor parks in the city. We lack indoor parks and when I discovered this one it was a match made in heaven for my daughter. Although she has been to several other parks, this is her favorite. It is spacious, it feels safe, the people are nice, it's friendly, and there are several game options available.
My son likes to play the games to get tickets because they are entertaining. Nice place for kids. The claw machines are so much fun to play.
So I got to let my big kid side out playing laser tag. Straight up went G. I. Joe/ Major Payne in there. Was fun. Came in second but hey my teamed sucked lol. But I did enjoy the arcade and so did the lil ones. Worth every bit in my eyes. Clean and staff there top notch. Going again soon.
Fun place to take kids up to 10 yrs old. Arcade, bumber cars and toddler area. You can hold bday parties too. Inside a mall so lots of parking. Food wasn't good.
Very kid friendly, my son and daughter loves this place. Pay once and you get a free day to use within 30 days of your last visit.
They had updated the place there's more games there's a section for toddlers And there's a section for older kids as well adult friendly games there's food and beverages you can throw a party there my two year old son he loves to go to funtopia and so does my seven and 12 year old as well.it's an expensive it's about 7 to $10 and the good thing is you can return one time for free.
Took my cousins here and they were great! Very clean place with respectable staff! Definitely will be back.
My kids had a great experience! They enjoyed the big selection of games. Could use more hand sanitizer station, some kids were sneezing and coughing all over the games. That was not pleasant.
I like bringing my son here. It’s cheap and nice. Every time we come my son leaves in tears lol and I’m not going to lie I play a lot also
Biggest waste of time!
Too crowded and very rude workers, machines are broken and no one is willing to help. Purse for stolen while waited for a kid.
The worse place u could ever take your child this place is very dirty staff is horrible and very rude.
My son enjoyed his birthday here and it is quite clean for a child amusement center. Also there is not much of a crowd, which is always a plus anywhere in NYC (the boroughs). The food is a bit pricey but not out of the ordinary of what you would expect in the area. I will definitely come here again with my children.
Not the cleanest place in the world. Staff is deeply apathetic towards the disarray of the place and many games are often broken, my son pointed out a pile of dead cockroaches in the play area and the wack a mole handle literally has two big nails sticking out of it. Look in the pictures for my son holding the hammer with no head and two big sharp nails sticking out of it. After we brought this to their attention, we came back two months later and the nails were STILL there. Incredible! If this was an upper-class community there would've been 50 affluent parents throwing a fit with torches and pitchforks about such deplorable conditions (and the owner would actually care) but because this is a middle/lower class facility, nobody seems to care at all and it is the kind of expected dangerous nonsense that persists here, just like the rest of this "mall". If you can call it that with 10 empty store fronts for decades now, a mattress store, a liquor store, a pet store with almost no pets, a Burger King and a 99 cent store. When I brought the exposed nails to the attention of a staff member, he shoved the rubber head back on the stick and walked away as if he'd already done this 100 times before without any concern at all for these kids. My son whacked a mole and it flew right off. Whoever owns this place should be ASHAMED, this place is just horrendous. Kinda like the rest of this area. A culturally abandoned nebulous in the forgotten armpit of NYC's dusty outskirts. Funtpoia kinda sums up the whole area.and my entire experience living here.
Nice place to take your kids if the weather is bad. Definitely needs improvement on the games, bathroom cleanliness, and order. It has the potential to be a great place after a much needed renovation!
Kids need to be at least 4’ to ride bumper cars even if accompanied by an adult.
