This is the shop that still has a soul. They will help you, not sell to you. I went in to get a socket, I left with gratefulness and a free socket.

Great selection and rarely out of stock. Upstairs sales people are great. Counter staff can be a little grumpy but are very helpful.

As an electrician in nyc I've called this place a few times over the years looking for a specific part or thingamabob. Every time I'm put on hold and after 4 min (today) get hung up on. So for me, thats a 1 star and failing grade.

Great service. I was in and out in about 4 minutes. Right away knew the bulbs that I needed and had them in stock. Everyone was wearing a mask, properly.

Always pick up at will-call Laz, and Serge very prompt and courtesy never have any problems. MATROS AUTOMATED

They were always there when radio shack was everywhere and now they’re just about the only place to get what you need. They were always the better of the two.
