Love their houses they showed, definitely seemed like they want you to have a lil luxury to actually like your home. Could do better with Maintenance keeping updates if their is delays.

It’s so easy to communicate with Eric. A very responsible man who knows what he is doing. Gives solid advises and have your best interest at heart. Selling my house with Eric’s help has made the process so much smoother and less stressful (and he takes wonderful photos). We just leave the selling of the house part to him and we are able to handle other important stuff (eg.apartment hunting, moving company, daycare, making tons of phone calls etc) with a peace of mind. He does business professionally. Highly recommend!

They are incredibly misleading, and are unwilling to work with military families trying to relocate to one of their properties. Beware military families!

Wed site is terrible if you are actually trying to find a rental. They keep their "rented" properties up for what like like months rather than adding new properties that are available.

I have been renting from G & M Properties for the last 3 years, and they are the best company around. They take immediate action for any maintenance or other issues and are exceptionally well run, providing me great peace of mind. I could not imagine renting or purchasing a home through anyone else.

Stay away from these crooks. Photoshopped pics and a bunch of excuses is all you get when they “manage” your properties. And before they respond saying they have never done business with me, don’t buy it. Complete money grab! Went to another mgmt company and have been very happy. Look around, there are better options!

I have lived in the rental property I am in for almost 5 years (it will be 5 years this summer) and have always been treated wonderfully, the office staff is great with communication and easy to work with. I may rent the place I live but it has always felt like my home and not just a place I rent and that has a lot to do with G&M Properties and their awesome team.

G&M Properties has been the most responsive and attentive property managers I have ever worked with. Any time I have a request, they always go above and beyond to deliver. They truly take great pride in their properties and it is incredibly appreciated. Highly recommend!

G & M Properties continues to exceed expectations with finding great tenants for all my rental properties. They are complete professionals and very thorough with all of their services. These guys are the best in the business when it comes to property management. Don’t short change yourself by using someone else!

Poor communication and terrible response time to any problems you will experience in there properties. They are what you expect from seedy landlords buying properties they intend to do minimal work on while being incredibly difficult to have come and repair problems. Save yourself the stress and money.

Do you enjoy having your basement flood every time it rains after explicitly being told that there were no flooding issues with the property? Look no further than g&m properties where after over a month since reporting the issue their best approach is to install a dehumidifier. Certainly a dehumidifier will take care of the puddles of water and how lovely to pay for the electricity! Maybe livable for college students but for young professionals and families, don't let the Photoshopped pictures fool you.

From what my husband and I have viewed online (3-D), the rental properties look 5 star. We are sick of lanlords who want $1400-1600 but don't match the rental property or service. I'm working on my credit and hoping they will work with us. Their properties are in a safe & clean location, very well managed and affordable. Many PMs companies need to take a lot of notes from G&M Properties.

Terrible experience with Kae and Christa. Neither doesn't know the art of listening to a potential tenant. All they do is talk about rules, policies.very cold, no heartbeats. Credit score of 850, first and last month's rent in hand in cash with biz experience behind my referral tenant along with a serious commitment, and wouldn't let him move in last two weeks of the month without charging him after getting $1250 up front during a pandemic. All about the money but kae says there not.uh huh. Denied smell in hair salon next door when 4 others told me of it, didn't know enough about the property when questions were asked. Just have a cheat sheet in front of you, right? There is no more professionalism or kindness in the world today. These people give landlords a bad rap! I wouldn't be surprised if these were fake reviews on here.the good ones.just say'in. I wouldn't rent from these people if I was homeless or starving. Was told this was rented prior to my call, then its available, no wonder with the biz practices I was exposed to. You've been warned. Be aware, very much aware!
