My experience with G7 was pretty straightforward. They are very responsive and the customer service is actually good. The turn around time receiving my computer was quite fast. Unfortunately, my computer issue was not resolved-however, I was offered a second look but felt I had to just take my vehicle to an auto shop but was refunded the next day. I believe this company has the potential to grow and become a great business for this specific needs.

Excellent communication. Unfortunately my ecm wasn’t fixable, so they were kind enough to give me a refund. I trust them and would strongly recommend.

G7 Computers did exactly what they said they would do. Excellent customer service, and easy to work with.

Although my ecu was not repairable. They were quick with the one day turn around. The communication was great. And my refund was processed quick. If I need services in the future I will try them again.

I am very happy with my decision to use G7. I had my ECM from my 2004 Honda Pilot 227,000 miles refurbished. I took it back to the Honda dealership to have another diagnostic check done and now everything is working perfectly. Thank you G7!

Sent my TCM in for repair. Worked for a couple days, then stopped. They said to send it back and they would look through it again. I already purchased a second one to double my chances and get back on the road so I never sent it back to be repaired again. Finally remembered to email about a refund a year later and they sent it immediately no back and forth. Highly recommend this company if you need any computer work done. Even if they can’t fix it, you’re out nothing. Will use them again if I need to no doubt.

G7 Computers is an outstanding company that fixed my fuse module very quickly and made a point to let me know everything
regarding the shipment back to me. I would recommend them to anyone who wishing to do business with a company that does
business the right way!

Paid them to repair my BCM. They sent it back to me within just a couple days with an email and paperwork stating it was fixed. Upon opening the box I could still see corrosion on the BCM so I opened it up to get to the circuit board and it was fried. After a couple emails, several phone calls, and 3 business days with no response, I filled out the email they had sent asking to leave a review. It was not a good review. They then responded within 20 minutes stating they had sent me the wrong paperwork and email saying it was fixed. They said my BCM was not able to be repaired and asked if I had gotten my refund, which I had not gotten. After telling them this, they did refund my money but, the truck is down for longer than it should have been and I lost out on the $35 to ship it to them. I would never do business with them again. I have called them several times and left voicemails and have still never actually talked to anyone there nor have they ever returned a phone call and they only responded to my emails after I left them a negative review. I should have checked BBB first because there are several complaints about the same type of stuff.

Do not use this scam company.they claim to be able to fix your computer.all they do is reflash it and send it back fried.sent it out with a known issue, hurt it back with no correspondence or paper work.they did not open it up or fix the issue inside the board.have to now spend more money to buy a used one and send out to get fixed.

Kept their word! I sent the ecu for my saab, but unfortunately it was beyond repair. They even took a second look at it for me, but still no luck. Gave a full refund just like they said they would. I would absolutely do business with them again and recommend to others.

I sent my ecm to this company and they followed through with all of their promises returned it within a day of receiving it, unfortunately they were unable to repair it. And without question refunded my entire purchase amount promptly. Their communication and services exceeded my expectations and I will definitely use them in the future if I have any further issues.

Outstanding service

I am so blessed to have found this company. I bought a car for work, I didn’t have a lot of $. I was scammed and had to repair the car, after spending $ out of my budget I was told the car computer needed to be replaced and then take the car to the dealer to reprogram the new computer. I priced all and it was going to cost me close to $1700 with used computer. I Google and I don’t remember how I found G7, I wasn’t sure it was a real thing but I research BBB, reviews etc. And really it was my only solution I don’t have a lot of $. I sent it, received the computer back with days and installed it back. It has been now 4 days and my car running smoothly. No more engine light on, the acceleration problem was resolved. I am so glad, I feel blessed I found this company. They have excellent communication and honest. Thank you very much G7. Keep helping people out there.
