Do not buy trucks from here! They sell trucks and whatever happens afterwards is on you. They don't fix anything under the warranty. They'll hold a truck for minimum 3 days and won't fix anything and lie to your face without hesitation. Check your fuel level and your tires before accepting your truck back from them. All negative reviews here about this place are 100% accurate. Do yourself a lifetime favor and stay away from these liars.

Very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Don’t order any parts from here. They are a disgrace to the Gabrielle Truck company. The one is Long Island is way much better and professional as how most stores operate. If you don’t want problems, don’t go to this bronx store.

ONLY GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO PAY THEM TO DAMAGE YOUR TRUCK. This shop is the worst. Held my truck for 3 weeks and broke my windshield. My truck is in worse shape than I dropped it off in (the shop busted up my windshield) and they sent me a $2k bill. They held the truck for over 3 weeks for a check engine light and then I pay my bill and pick it up and the windshield is broken! Costs me 3 weeks of a rental truck and now more to get my windshield repaired.

Worse costumer service. In this heatwave, their store does not provide air conditioning. People are dying from heatwaves and they don't care about how hot and humid inside the store is. In addition, there is no line for people who ordered online and made the payment online 3 months ago. They make you wait with the rest of the people who are there at the store to purchase parts, which is not usual for gabrielli truck stores because I been to Queens and Long Island stores which have a separate window for picking up parts for costumers who made the payment 3 months ago like myself. Moreover, I ordered 2 interior Volvo curtains which was processed by Peter Santana who is forgetful and irresponsible when it comes to online orders. I had to call him and bothering him to ask about the status of my order and he would continuously say that he will call me tomorrow and that the curtains will be at the store tomorrow. But never called me or updated me with the status of my order which I paid 3 months ago. Overall, don't order from this store and don't go there if you want to have a respectful and comfortable costumer experience. They literally don't care about your complains and they are very unprofessional when it comes to phone calls or orders. They will take your money easily but will give you hard time to return your money for the item you never received.

Very helpful and informative staff. Not a lot of vehicles on site. Not much on site parking but you can usually find a spot within a two block radius.

Friendly staff. Most of the time i get the part i want but if the dont have it, they make sure to guide me in the right direction.

This company is full of fraud and DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. All they care about is to pocket your money and once you are in there is no way out. You will end up being deceived rather than getting your services that ypu pay for. They are liars, and nasty company.

DO NOT SERVICE YOUR TRUCK HERE. THIS IS A WARNING! Make sure to know exactly what is wrong with your truck and then bring it to there. Otherwise I promise you they will make problems to your truck to charge you most of they can. Thats what they did to me. I wanted to pull my truck from there to another location and they are not letting me do that. Its been 1 week and they are still “assembling” the truck. Plus charging me storage fee everyday of $150 plus Diagnostic fee. Which I have never been told about this. I promise you these people are liars. They are accusing me the things I have never told! I have all recorded. What a nasty people and company. Never saw something like this in my life.

I recommend using this shop for repairs great service and communication. Kirk at the service department is the guy to deal with. He definitely makes it happen. Thx guys for the great work.

The best in the tri-state area. The service department is always helpful and their staff are very knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to help the costumer. Personally, I like the fact that there is no hidden fees or extra charges. They had always been upfront and explain everything in detail when bringing my trucks for any kind of repair. Keep up the good work!

Avoid at all cost. Super high prices for all repairs. Advise you get multiple quotes before getting work done with these people.

Worst people worst service. I have 9 trucks and used lots of different place for my trucks but never saw anything like this. Just trying to take your money and time as much as they can. Never going back

Way to expensive these people tried to charge me 10k to work on my truck saying my transmission was faulty these people are horrible for working on trucks and cars in general DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL go somewhere else please
