Gerard and his team installed an upgraded heat pump/AC duel fuel system to replace our old and tired existing AC. We couldn't be happier with the work performed and are excited to be working with Gerard and Antoinette on any future work that we may require. I highly recommend using GAD if you're looking for a company that truly believes in doing the right thing for their customers and standing behind the work they perform.
In this day and age, it is so refreshing to have a business truly care about the work they do, and truly care about their clients. I just had this experience with GAD AIR. The owner was concerned about the upcoming heat later this week and did not want me to have to endure it without any air conditioner and asked if they could come at 8 AM on memorial day morning not only did they show up on the holiday, but arrived right on time and went right to work installing a new unit into my cottage. They had to deal with several situations due to whoever had previously installed the old unit and trying to remove it but they worked for hours and put everything back and could not have been nicer guys, the unit is absolutely wonderful and cools beautifully and quietly but what is more impressive are the professionals that arrived at my house and did such a fantastic job! I am so happy and completely satisfied with every part of my experience dealing with GAD AIR!
I cannot recommend them enough really wonderful, professional company and great guys!
