Galaxy Auto Place, West Seneca NY

Been going here for a while now for service. Always a good experience. Never feel as if I’m being ripped off. I pass a lot of other service shops on the way to Galaxy because I feel I get good quality, honest service from Bob and his crew.

The staff at Galaxy auto were friendly, helpful and efficient I went in on a whim on Tuesday and by Thursday I drove away in a car that I love, it fits my needs and my budget.

Very friendly and honest. I felt very welcomed and was notified what issues my vehicle had within the hour. They then fixed it and had it ready within the next 2 hours (on a Friday afternoon!). Definitely loved the service here and look forward to calling them again next time my vehicle needs service (Toyota Camry)

Super helpful and friendly. It was so easy to buy a car and they even had pop sicles to keep little man cool and happy. Awesome service. When i picked up my car they had everything ready cleaned plates on and paperwork printed. I was there no more than 15 minutes. Definitely recommended

I was 400 miles away from home and pulled in with a complete flat. Bob was able to find me the specialized tire quickly, not to mention his son went to the warehouse to pick it up so I didn’t need to wait an additional 90 minutes for delivery. Bob gave me piece of mind for my 400 miles drive home the next day. Great business and family.
