I worked with Hawk - he was great. If you are paying a broker's fee - you are the client, they are obligated to work for you. Otherwise you're being ripped off. Hawk and his partner showed us multiple places, went to bat for us over price, negotiated a good contract for us, and overall did the vast majority of the work and delivered what we wanted. So he earned his commission. I would work with Hawk/Gama group again in the future.

I had amazing experience with Nicole and Adam at Gama group. Nicole was so fast and efficient with finding me a rental apartment that met ALL my needs in the bayridge area. She treated me with kindness and professionalism at all times and made me feel so much more comfortable with the entire leasing process. I was able to sign the lease for the rental within 10 days of when she first contacted me.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could because of their quickness and warm treatment of clients. They were the first ones to really listen to my needs and get the ball rolling instead of just taking my information and never getting back to me like so many agencies do.
